I’ve stayed at this Airbnb regularly over the past two years, and it never disappoints. The place is always spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Boonkiat is an exceptional host—always responsive, kind, and thoughtful. It truly feels like a home away from home. Can’t recommend it enough!

The place is very spacious , cosy decoration and very clean . Is maybe a bit far from the beach , but very ok to take a grab for 10min to reach a quiet beach and restaurants . Kannaphat is a wonderful host, very helpful and friendly . I will return when going back to Rayong .

A true 5 star accommodation! Everything is new and clean inside the condo. There is a prefect view of the ocean/city night lights. The gym and pool are a great addition as well as there being free parking on site. You’re right in the mix of everything but the room is absolutely quiet and private. The host was always responsive and I would recommend staying here or at least booking another accommodation with this host.

A spacious living area is highlighted by floor-to-ceiling windows offering expansive views of the ocean and city skyline. Modern seating arrangements include two chairs and a sofa, with decorative touches on a large countertop. Soft lighting creates a relaxed atmosphere in the stylish space.

The location is excellent, right on the beach of Pattaya, there are many restaurants and bars downstairs, suitable for friends who like nightlife, the room is clean and well-equipped, the bar downstairs can be a little noisy at night, but compared with the beautiful night view, this is really a negligible problem

The place is incredible. Building has all the amenities. The apartment is the best quality of everything. Viktor is a true gentleman and great host. Our stay was the best. No better place to stay in Pattaya. We will come back next year 100%

I absolutely love this place!! The location is excellent 1 min walk to the beach!. The room is clean and well-equipped. Amenities including toiletries, utensils and entertainments (basically everything you need) are all provided. so glad I found this amazing apartment. We will definitely come back :)

Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again. The place itself and the apartment exceeded all my expectations. Great location (sea across the street, close to everything you need from a shop and cafe, motorbike rental and laundry) nearby. The apartment is in excellent condition, everything you need is there, clean. The hostess is very friendly, answered all questions, helped with advice. Two great saltwater pools (a large swimming pool on the Grand Blue property, which you can use, we lay there on the sun loungers and went swimming across the street and the infinity pool on the rooftop of our Condo, which worked around the clock, we bathed in it at night). I definitely recommend this apartment! The place itself is quiet, peaceful, the perfect family getaway! ❤️😍😘

Stayed a week with my wife and our (big) dog. Frankie was an awesome communicator, quick to reply to any message or query. When we arrived Frankie met us as soon as we got out of the car, huge smile and ensuring that we were ok. Frankie and Lek were super responsive to our dog, big pats and big smiles. We had a heap of bags and Frankie and Lek immediately helped to carry them up the single flight of stairs. When we got to the room, wow, so beautifully presented, clean and airy, lots of room and everything we could possibly need. The apartment is fresh and presents as new, easy to make yourself very comfortable! We couldn’t believe how clean our room would be after being made up by Lek, it was as if we had never been there! I highly recommend Asia Apartments and comment Frankie on presenting such well presented and affordable accommodation. Just a short walk to the beach, local markets and 2 7/11’s down the road, as well as so many restaurant choices! We will definitely stay again!

Overall it was good. The price was cheap. Amenities are great. There is everything, but I need a little more cleaning.

Jackie's place is great. The condo is new and stylish, plus the view! The room was nice, best for 2. But if you have more people like I did, it also fit. You will enjoy staying here. It is better if you have your own transportation. I'd recommend this place if you come to visit pattaya.

Strand is nice host. Condo is very comfortable and quiet and clean. His accommodation was quiet and clean. He was kind and answered questions promptly. Their family had a bright smile and kindness to feel good when checking in and out. I will stay at his condo once more.

Everything went great withAndrew and the apartment was as described. Andrew responded quickly to the message and even arranged a coffee maker for us that wasn't originally in the apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy, and in a great location. All in all, there is nothing but good things to say about staying at Andrewn's apartment. We will surely use Andrewn's apartment again!

There's a lot of food around and you can walk. It's easy to get anywhere because Seongtaewoo passes by. The pool is great. The host is responsive and kind.

I've been to this resort several times, in various apartments. You get what you pay for. There are simple service offerings in the area. Peaceful, yet relatively central. The resort has over 1700 apartments, but it doesn't seem crowded. Pool areas are amazing. Hostess Christina is nice, welcoming and I am very happy with the stay. The apartment is simple, affordable, and has the essentials.

A comfortable room is furnished with a spacious bed dressed in crisp white linens. Natural light floods the space through large sliding glass doors, which lead to a private balcony, and light curtains frame the view of greenery outside.
