I’ve stayed at this Airbnb regularly over the past two years, and it never disappoints. The place is always spotless, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. Boonkiat is an exceptional host—always responsive, kind, and thoughtful. It truly feels like a home away from home. Can’t recommend it enough!

The place is very spacious , cosy decoration and very clean . Is maybe a bit far from the beach , but very ok to take a grab for 10min to reach a quiet beach and restaurants . Kannaphat is a wonderful host, very helpful and friendly . I will return when going back to Rayong .

A true 5 star accommodation! Everything is new and clean inside the condo. There is a prefect view of the ocean/city night lights. The gym and pool are a great addition as well as there being free parking on site. You’re right in the mix of everything but the room is absolutely quiet and private. The host was always responsive and I would recommend staying here or at least booking another accommodation with this host.

A modern living area features large windows that offer panoramic views of the city and ocean. A spacious sectional sofa is arranged in front of a low table. Industrial-style lighting hangs from the ceiling, casting a warm glow across the sleek interior.

The location is excellent, right on the beach of Pattaya, there are many restaurants and bars downstairs, suitable for friends who like nightlife, the room is clean and well-equipped, the bar downstairs can be a little noisy at night, but compared with the beautiful night view, this is really a negligible problem

The place is incredible. Building has all the amenities. The apartment is the best quality of everything. Viktor is a true gentleman and great host. Our stay was the best. No better place to stay in Pattaya. We will come back next year 100%

I absolutely love this place!! The location is excellent 1 min walk to the beach!. The room is clean and well-equipped. Amenities including toiletries, utensils and entertainments (basically everything you need) are all provided. so glad I found this amazing apartment. We will definitely come back :)

Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again. Great Location, and Great Host. The host was very helpful and supportive and allowed me to check in smoothly. The apartment is in a very secure apartment complex and close to the beach, major shopping malls, restaurants and attractions. The apartment provides all the basic facilities required to have a comfortable experience in Pattaya. Best part is the apartment complex and location. It was worth the money spent.

Само место и квартира, превзошли все мои ожидания. Отличное расположение (море через дорогу, рядом есть все необходимое от магазина и кафе, до проката мотобайков и прачечной). Квартира в отличном состоянии, все необходимое есть, чисто. Хозяйка очень дружелюбная, отвечала на все вопросы, помогала советами. Два отличных бассейна с солёной водой (большой плавательный бассейн на территории гранд Блю, которым можно пользоваться, мы там лежали на шезлонгах а купаться ходили через дорогу и панорамный бассейн на крыше нашего Кондо, который работал круглосуточно, мы в нем купались ночью). Рекомендую эту квартиру однозначно! Само место - тихое, спокойное, идеально для семейного отдыха! ❤️😍😘

Stayed a week with my wife and our (big) dog. Frankie was an awesome communicator, quick to reply to any message or query. When we arrived Frankie met us as soon as we got out of the car, huge smile and ensuring that we were ok. Frankie and Lek were super responsive to our dog, big pats and big smiles. We had a heap of bags and Frankie and Lek immediately helped to carry them up the single flight of stairs. When we got to the room, wow, so beautifully presented, clean and airy, lots of room and everything we could possibly need. The apartment is fresh and presents as new, easy to make yourself very comfortable! We couldn’t believe how clean our room would be after being made up by Lek, it was as if we had never been there! I highly recommend Asia Apartments and comment Frankie on presenting such well presented and affordable accommodation. Just a short walk to the beach, local markets and 2 7/11’s down the road, as well as so many restaurant choices! We will definitely stay again!

Jackie's place is great. The condo is new and stylish, plus the view! The room was nice, best for 2. But if you have more people like I did, it also fit. You will enjoy staying here. It is better if you have your own transportation. I'd recommend this place if you come to visit pattaya.

Obwohl ich deutlich verspätet ankam, hat mich Udo mit seiner Frau spät in der Nacht am Busbahnhof abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht. Er gab mir wertvolle Tipps und Ratschläge. Ich habe mich im Appartement Sehr angenehm gefühlt. Bei einem kleinen Fehler an dem Wasserkocher hat Udo diesen sofort ausgetauscht. Insgesamt war ich mehr als zufrieden und ich komme sicher wieder. Was für mich sicher auch sehr wichtig ist : mit Udo konnte ich mich in DEUTSCH unterhalten☺☺

Jeg har vært på denne resorten flere ganger, i ulike leiligheter. Du får det du betaler for. Det er enkle servicetilbud på området. Fredelig, men allikevel forholdsvis sentralt. Resorten har over 1700 leiligheter, men det virker ikke overfylt. Bassengområder er fantastiske. Vertinnen Christina er hyggelig, imøtekommende og jeg er svært fornøyd med oppholdet. Leiligheten er enkel, rimelig, og har det aller mest nødvendige.
