Vacation rentals with breakfast in Eastern Thailand

The place is peaceful, the management system is good. There is a barbecue grill for the grill. The equipment is full. If there is a problem or if you need anything more, it is convenient to contact and fix it quickly. The kids love to play in the water. There are three rubber rings in the pool. The owner and caregiver are very accommodating.

Rafael and Janejira are quick to respond, usually within minutes. Khun Aey who was the aunt of Janejira lives nearby and available at all times. We loved the place. Beach is located across the house. The road in between the house and the beach is a dead-end road, therefore, traffic is low except for people going to the restaurants. There are 5 floors with elevator access to each floor. Total of 10 bedrooms, with 6 of them facing the sea. The bedrooms are located on 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The first floor is the dinning room, kitchen, small sitting area and the pool. The 5th floor is the lounge with huge sofa, huge screen TV and pool table. Each bedroom is equipped with coffee machine, small refrigerator and bathroom. Lots of good seafood restaurants within steps of the house and a convenient store within a block of house. We absolutely love the house and one of the best AirBnB that I have stayed in. Highly recommend.

Quality time place! My family and I loved loved loved staying here! This is a relaxing and beautiful location. If you’re wanting something more close to walkable things to do this might not be the place for you. If you’re looking for peaceful, semi secluded and relaxing beach walking this is it! There are a few restaurants just a quick 2-3 mins walk down the road. The house is 3 stories of beautiful floors and a huge staircase. There’s a separated living area with a full bathroom that could easily sleep 3-4 people other than the 4 other bedrooms inside the main part of the home. The housekeeper is always on hand for all your needs and recommendations if needed. He lives in a house directly behind the main home. The pics of the home need to be updated a bit but if you like what you see on Airbnb currently you will fall in love when you get there. There is no washing machine or hot tub. One of the bathrooms has a tub. Will recommend over and over again! Miss it already!

Brand new villa matching the photos and description. The host was very helpful and he has replied quickly to all or our questions. KTV room is amazing for celebrating an occasion with friends.

A true definition of a Home Stay! The surrounding area, which is adjacent to Khao Yai National Park, is very beautiful and relaxing. The hosts were very kind, accommodating and responsive. The house place is super clean, new, and comfortable. The breakfast was an amazing restaurant quality bonus, everything on the menu was delicious! There is also a BBQ set menu that you can get for a small fee which was also fantastic. The suggested activities were also great, our kids had lots of fun. Our favorite place was the Mulberry Farm, which was less then 5 minutes drive away. We will be back!

The place was great and also the staff were very friendly. It was just a pity for us that the balcony was not separated from the neighbor. So you almost had to share the balcony. But the view and ambiance, like the facility, were top and the rooms clean. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with my stay. Host greeted me even when i arrived at night. The room is clean and of good standard matching the pictures.

We had a great stay. The location is perfect, near everything. It's very easy to walk to most place, like the beach, street night market, restaurants and massages. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. we would definitely stay here again when returning to Pattaya.

It was the best accommodation of my entire trip. Many thanks to May and her team. Everything was very clean. It is very convenient that there is door-to-door washing. The only thing is that in order to get drinking water, you need to walk to the nearest 7 eleven, which may be inconvenient for a long-term stay. Some condos have vending machines for collecting drink water.

Second stay!The experience is still very good, the small yard is very beautiful and there are cute cats at the door, the breakfast is particularly delicious, and the staff is very enthusiastic!

My partner and I had the joy of staying with Natta, who was incredibly kind to us and was very welcoming. We had a delicious home made breakfast, were welcomed with water, the house has beautiful architecture and air conditioning, the bedding was so soft and clean. I would recommend this to anyone coming to Bangkok, especially if they need a place close to the airport. There was also a close by market for food and clothes. The only thing you might want to know is that the mattress is a bit hard - my partner and I were very comfortable but if you need a soft mattress you should bring a mattress topper :)

Nice place in a fishermans village. Air and her sister very friendly. Her sister is a good chef. Highly recommend to have breakfast and dinner here! Beautiful rooms. Clean and silent aircondition and addional fan. The only thing: too much Trash around the houses of neighbours. This is a sad Situation General in Thailand, but here in this village more. I don’t understand, why the people not clean everything around they life? Why they through Trash around the houses where they are Living. There Must be a program to avoid this from government. Don’t missunderstand: air‘s house and AirBnB is a oasis here in clean! I recommend to stay here. The East of the Island is not so touristic then the other side of Koh Chang

I had a flight leaving early the next day from BKK and this hostel had the perfect location for it. The free shuttle to the airport was on time and the host and staff very friendly and helpful.

our stay in a la koh kood was perfect. we spent 3 days in one of the apartments above the pond and it was super clean and tidy. the view is just magical and there is a beach that you can reach by foot or with one of the kayak that the bnb provides. the staff is incredibly welcoming and kind, always helpful. looking forward to come back 🙏🏼💕
