Family-friendly vacation rentals in Eastern Thailand

We had a lovely stay. The pool is stunning and villa was spotless and as described. Staff were friendly and helpful. Keep in mind there is a cash deposit required on arrival that we did not see in the fine print, but we had no problems getting it back at the end of our stay.

A hidden gem. The owner is very responsive. She even paid a visit and passed a big delicious mango !. The unit is super clean. Better than what is actually shown in the picture. Big swimming pool. It's easy to get a BOLT ride. 7 Eleven is at ground level. I would definitely come here again for my next trip.

Nivit was the best!! He provide us with free shuttle to and from his place to airport. Our flight was rescheduled but he incredibly great and give us place. The room was spacious on the top of the building i feel like in penthouse. it's way beyond my expectations. Definitely will go back to Nivit's place

The accommodation was excellent. The host was very attentive and thoughtful in preparing all the amenities. The sea view and sunset from the place were absolutely stunning. I will definitely stay here again.

Best view, just an endless view of ocean from the apartment. You can see the sunset in front of you. Designed really well also!

I'm the kind who did homework before booking and embarking. This villa is accurate - what's on the photos and what you feel and get - and that's why I booked it. great host, pressure-free, good vibe, and the pool is wonderful. I originally wanted to grill BBQ but got lazy; next time maybe. You feel at home and at ease.

This accommodation is comfortable and fully equipped. The house is beautiful and exactly like the pictures. The bed is cozy, and there’s space for activities. The surrounding area is quiet and private, with security guards patrolling the neighborhood regularly, making us feel safe. It’s easy to find and conveniently located. The host responds quickly, is friendly and kind, and gives great recommendations. Perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends.

I had an amazing stay at this place! It was super cozy, spotlessly clean, and so peaceful—exactly what I needed. The swimming pool was a highlight, always nice and well-kept. Tom and his family were wonderful and gracious hosts, very helpful friendly, and accommodating. Tom kindly brought us some delicious fresh fruit, and I had a very pleasant conversation with him one day. Highly recommended, very comfortable stay in peaceful quiet location, top marks all around for Tom and his family, you could not ask for better hosts!

Piyamas is a very kind host! Respond very quickly . Her brother is a very nice person too. The neighbor community is very quite and have swimming pool, market close around. Definitely suggest stay again! She can meet you any inquiry you want during your stay. Definitely recommend your stay!

Nice clean and comfortable villa. The pool was nice and big spacious outdoor area. It is about 20-30 mins by car from central Pattaya.

Lovely place to relax away from the hustle and bustle. You’ll need some wheels to get to the beach / explore around, but it’s a nice and calm place to do so, so all good. Didn’t meet Sami but he was very responsive to our messages/needs. His place was clean, spacious, relaxing, and well equipped. Many thanks!

We stayed at this property for the second time and were not disappointed. The house matches the pictures and the description. Host was very gracious and always available. We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The villa was cleaned daily. A car is recommended as it is a bit remote. Otherwise very quiet. We will definitely be back.

It's a super nice house, located in quiet surroundings just outside Pattaya. It is within walking distance to a few restaurants and supermarket, etc. Going to Pattaya itself, you need to take a car. The house itself is well decorated, and there is plenty of space especially because we were only 7 people. The beds in the main house itself are very hard. When we arrived there were only 3 sun loungers and 2 sun loungers on the terrace, which was not enough as we were 7 people and the house sleeps 12. We wrote to the landlord and a few days after, a few more sun chairs came so we could all enjoy the sun. There was thorough cleaning every day, and the manager of the house was very helpful in answering any questions and booking excursions, etc. In the house there is a folder with suggestions for different excursions. It might be a good idea if you got it by email before arrival, so you can plan your trip a little better. The host is quick to respond to messages and was very helpful in ordering transportation from the airport.

Baan Talay Thai is a wonderful place for peaceful family rest. Villa Periwinkle, in which we lived has large rooms and everything you need for a comfortable life, cooking. From the terrace you can see and hear the sea. The area is beautiful and very well maintained. The Jum manager speaks excellent English, hospitable and always ready to help with the issue that arises. We really enjoyed our stay at this villa and would love to come again!

Nice place to stay for us, 4 pax and a pet. Private and quiet but not far from main street and bangsare town. House is very well maintained with all amenities as we needed. The owner was really friendly and flexible with check-in, check-out and be there before we arrived.

We were satisfied for the price.
