Awesome place to stay for a weekend break from Bkk. Such a cosy house, super-relaxing. Only reason I wouldn't recommend it is because we wouldn't want it booked out when we try to come back!

Very cute, comfortable, and relaxing accommodation. Like staying at a friend's house, big brother's house, little brother's house. Bangsaen accommodation, walkable, close to the sea, beach, you can bring your dog. The host provided all the information. Impressive. The house and the area are arranged to be lovely, convenient, comfortable, clean, and safe. There is a full range of kitchen equipment for boiling, stir-frying, curries, grilling. The atmosphere of the accommodation is chill, for sitting and chatting for a long time. If you're going to Bang Saen with a group of friends or family, I recommend this place.

The house is very cosy and nice. The location is relatively easy to get grab rides as well!

Staying at Nancy’s countryside place was an amazing experience! The setting was peaceful and scenic—perfect for anyone looking to escape the noise and soak in the natural beauty. The space was well-kept and cozy, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly accommodating and friendly, always making sure I felt welcome and taken care of. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and appreciate the moment. Highly recommend for anyone craving a calm, countryside escape!

The host responded quickly, so we didn't have much trouble communicating! Apart from the lack of shampoo and body wash, it was good! I had a good time!

The host was a lovely lady that went out her way to accommodate us. I asked about check in times and she went out her way to let us check in and out later if we needed. Was really nice place to relax with your own pool. Would defo book again when visiting Jomtien.

The place is nice and peaceful, meaning it’s not a lot to access to unless you have a car. The house is very nice and the location is beyond perfect for relaxation. However, it depends on your neighbours as well - we had one night of a big party going on until 5.30 am next door so we didn’t have a good sleep. Anyway, apart from that the house is very very lovely. Really good for a family of 6 like us to spend quality time together.

I really enjoyed the place it’s quiet and peaceful. You’re close to beach and everywhere else. The pool was my favorite part. I would definitely stay again.

Absolutely loved this place. Such a cool layout with a great swimming pool with 2 water slides (1 big, 1 small) plus pool inflatables. The beds were comfortable and the place felt super spacious and clean. Highly recommended.

Definitely the first choice! 5 minutes walk to 7-11 There's a BIG C a little further away. Traffic is smoother than in other places The host is friendly and can respond immediately

Very clean and we had an amazing stay!

A great place for gathering and stay which you will never get bored even just hanging in the house. Pool, bbq rack, full kitchen, big dining table, billiard, KTV room and plenty of room to stay in. Host is kind, helpful and responsive.

This is second time to rent a villa in the same estate but different Villa. Overall we are happy in the stay of 5 days in this villa. All buddies feel so good. Villa is clean. Bedding is clean. Wooden furniture and Sofa has to be kept maintenance as a bit obsolete. Villa Manager Mew keep contacting me about the villa status. Their staff take rapid action like pool cleaning, tissue refilling, hair dyer changing. We rent car and drive everywhere so it is easy for us. To my view, call grab and go Pattaya Beach walking street or Mermaid Resturant only 20-30 minutes. Convenient indeed. There is a small market food court nearby. A nice French Resturant just right next to the main entrance. Just turn right and u can see it within 10 second. We love it. There is a resturant called Hill Top right before leave the main entrance. Chinese Cusine provide only. May go to top floor have a quick sight seeing the whole Pattaya. Health Land Massage shop only take 10 mins. Easy approa

This was an excellent house to stay in, in a really nice neighborhood! It had everything we needed for a longer stay and was very comfortable and cozy. Close to both Pattaya and Sriracha as well. Would definitely come back and stay again!

Village Austria was a splendid location. Very convenient with BigC just 20meters and 7-Eleven 30meters from the doorstep. The pool was wonderful and clean. This venue had better equipped snacks, water, toiletries and a full fledged kitchen and BBQ stove. The host was very responsive with local recommendations and engaged with towel changes and cleaning. We really enjoyed this place especially the restaurant opposite our villa called Anne's Island which had really authentic Jamaican jerk chicken! Thanks to staff Gitar and Keng. 🙏

Kai is an Amazing host. with a superb property. This is my 2nd visit here and hopefully will continue to stay here whenever I'm in pattaya. Recommended to all travelers to book this property, as this is well located and also with great amenities, specially the jacuzzi and clean swimming pool.

Patty was so helpful throughout our stay there. She made us feel at home. I would highly recommend her to be anyone’s host. She was so proactive in communicating with us and helped us throughout our stay for any questions we had. Nice and big house with everything there. Thank you for everything Patty!

I enjoyed the 2 weeks in the bungalow. The small private complex not only shines with a great beach and snorkeling but also with the most spectacular sunrises that can be seen either directly from bed or the very cozy terrace. Some restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance, but a scooter can also be booked directly through the resort. I look forward to my next vacation in AO Pong!
