One floor, one bedroom, one living room, convenient living, no need to climb the stairs to take the elevator to buy food from the convenience store.Directly after entering the house.The ground floor is right next to the pool and 5 meters from the bed, which is equivalent to a private pool.4 meters from the fitness room after leaving the house, which is equivalent to a private gym.Great value and cheap price.The surrounding beach is a few dozen meters walk.

I stayed in this apartment for 1 month and I had a wonderful stay there. The apartment was nicely decorated and had all the amenities that I needed. The host was great, very responsive and helpful. I like the surroundings because of it's central location and is walkable to many good restaurants, shopping malls and other entertainment places. Also, the Baht bus goes right outside on 2nd rd if you need to go further away. I can highly recommend this apartment.

Overlooking Mae Phim Beach - A61 Seaview Condo

Good location on Laem Mae Phim Beach if you want to be a bit further from noise/action, but still restaurants and shops are within walking distance, and also the sea is right across the road in front of the building. Kitchen was equipped. Beds were comfortable. The apartment is spacious and bright. The host is helpful. It's on the 6th floor, so it's breezy up there on the balcony with great view of the sea. The condo complex is well-kept, tidy garden with clean, good-size pool, and mainly Swedish tourists visiting there (also in the wider location). The place is definitely good for people who want quiet time. (Friday/Saturday there can be live music in the area that you hear, but it stops after around 10-11pm.)

Dean and Kai make you feel at home as soon as you arrive, they are the most welcoming and friendly hosts you'll meet. The room's and bar are located on a beautiful river location close to the ocean. Kai's Thai cooking is the best you will find on the island, highly recommend the food. If you are staying in Koh Chang you won't be disappointed at staying at the Sapparot Bar 🍻

Andrew’s Place is Great, this is One of the best Condo at Leam Mae Phim Beach area, Direct access to Beach, building is well maintained, House is super clean, Nearby Shops and Restaurants. And Andrew’s Quick response makes this more special. Highly recommended. Will prefer to Stay there again.

I stayed in this apartment for 1 month and I had a wonderful stay there. The apartment was nicely decorated and had all the amenities that I needed. The host was great, very responsive and helpful. We were received as princes , the room was comfortable and provides accessories , on site possibility to rent motorcycles at a very good price , the restaurant is delicious and offers a splendid view of the river , I highly recommend it and I would return without hesitation 👌👍 the managers are great

Dean is probably the coolest host I’ve ever had: took me on a walk along the beach and had a drink with me, told me about all the cool spots, what to check out, what to avoid, and even had motorbikes for rent. I’d highly recommend him to anyone staying in Ko Chang.
