We had a lovely stay. The pool is stunning and villa was spotless and as described. Staff were friendly and helpful. Keep in mind there is a cash deposit required on arrival that we did not see in the fine print, but we had no problems getting it back at the end of our stay.

Place is as described on the 14th floor. It was clean and about the size of a hotel room. Bed was comfortable and located in centrally with a short walk to the beach. It would have been nice to have a local knowledge notebook in the room to provide travelers with the how to navigate the transportation system and local markets to visit. You can go to most of the city via jump on pickup trucks that costs only 10 baht per trip. You pay when you get off directly to the driver. I found you can take it from the condo to Jomtien airport bus station. The express bus to BKK airport only costs 143 baht and the bus drops you off at departures.

Everything was as expected, described, and pictured on Airbnb. Yun is a very kind and warm-hearted host! He always responded and was very helpful, giving clear instructions. The property is in the heart of Pattaya's nightlife and has a good location to walk to a shopping center (Central Festival), Pattaya's public beach, or local night markets. The place was clean. Very enjoyable to stay with everything you need to make you feel at home, staying far away from your home.

Absolutely loved staying a month here! Beautiful facilities, easy to walk to most places! Excellent pools! Loved the sunset every night! The cafe and little store on the grounds were very nice! The shower had great pressure! All kitchen items needed for a long stay! Definitely would stay again!! The laundry and water on the 5th floor was very convenient!!

Perfect, Perfect Perfect Perfect hostess - Preetinun answered all my concerns in a timely manner always with good results. Perfect unit - well equipped with all the cooking utensils, linen and bedding needed. While in a very busy and noisy section of town, the inside facing unit location eliminated all the surrounding noise. Overlooking the pool made for a very serene setting. Perfect location - close to lots of restaurants, bars, transportation and a short walk to the beach. I am happy I will be going back there again next year to enjoy this condo once again. Our stay at Thanyarat's place was great. The apartment is very well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around using Grab. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and simple. Communication with Thanyarat was excellent, always very responsive, kind, and helpful. I’m especially grateful for all the support provided, not only during our stay but even after we had already left the apartment and needed some extra help, which was truly appreciated.😊 I can totally recommend staying here. The villa is beautiful, it is new (about 2 years old), fully equipped (for ex. champagne glasses are also available, a special wine opener too, etc). Clean. The pool is clean, nice, big ( it is shared with 4 other villas, but it is almost always empty) . To the sea is 7 minutes walk , very quiet area. Nicklas is an excellent host, nice and always willing to help. Really nice stay.

I am not so fond of writing but I still wonder why this property don't have golden leaves i request airbnb please consider this, really was an amazing stay fell like home.

Chonlatee is a very good host. She gave us a lot of help. Maybe because I went there with my families and my families like cooking, she took us to the wet market to buy local food and experience local people's life. The house is very good. Good hygiene condition and the house is fully furnished. With the aim of Chonlatee, we went to some special places for relaxing. Come and ask her when you book her wonderful house if you wanna know! Piyamas is a very kind host! Respond very quickly . Her brother is a very nice person too. The neighbor community is very quite and have swimming pool, market close around. Definitely suggest stay again! She can meet you any inquiry you want during your stay. Definitely recommend your stay!

Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted with welcome drinks and light snacks. The host family spoke fluent English and were very kind. They always took good care of we. Breakfast was also very delicious. You can spend a pleasant time in a clean and tasteful space.

The house is very good. Exactly as pictured. The pool is large and clean. The only thing that is unfortunate is that there is no beach.Seafood can be caught by the reef at night.The house is cleaned with housekeepers and gardener every day, very serious.The location of the house is a little far away, you need to drive to a big supermarket, it is located in a fishing village, the seafood taste in the air is a bit heavy.The host is especially responsible for being patient, answering questions 24h online at any time, helping me rent motorbikes, and arranging vehicles to go to the supermarket.

Lovely 2 bhk villa, with a wonderful sized pool, with all necessary amenities. Best part is the location of the villa and accessibility to the Pattaya beach and jomtein beach equally. Kai is a wonderful host, made all instructions clear and responded everything you reached out. Also helped to navigate to different activities in the city with his connects( ensures genuinity) I look forward to be hosted again!!
