studio duinhuis ...das eigens entworfene Holzhaus mit Kaminofen liegt auf der Anhöhe gegenüber vom Badpaviljoen, 100 m entfernt vom Aufgang zum Strand! Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu heißen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist buchbar!

Groede is a beautiful picturesque and cultural village in Zeelandic Flanders at a stone's throw from the beach and Waterdunen, a special nature reserve on the border of land and sea. Groede has cozy terraces, beautiful historic streets and is an oasis of peace on the Zeeland-Flemish coast.

There is a supermarket 1 km away. A large outdoor playground for children 1 km away. The beach is 200 meters away. This is a rental without services. This means you need to bring your own sheets and towels.
