Charming and comfortable apartment, located in a peaceful and green setting, yet surprisingly central. Delft, Leiden, Gouda, Rotterdam, The Hague, and the coast are all within easy reach. The area is perfect for walking and cycling tours. Within just a few minutes, you can reach the train station, bus stop, tram, or metro – either by bike or on foot. You’ll have your own private parking space right in front of the apartment, including an EV charging station. Bicycles are available upon request.

Stranden bereikbaar binnen 30 a 60 minuten, afhankelijk van manier van reizen (Scheveningen, Kijkduin etc.). Keukenhof (tulpen) ook goed bereikbaar. Het appartement heeft een patio dus ook tijdens de avonduren en / of bij minder fraai weer is het hier fijn vertoeven . De tuin grenst aan de peren - en appelgaard , een heerlijk plekje om de ligbedden neer te zetten of aan het water .

studio duinhuis ...das eigens entworfene Holzhaus mit Kaminofen liegt auf der Anhöhe gegenüber vom Badpaviljoen, 100 m entfernt vom Aufgang zum Strand! Es ist mein Lebenstraum, mit einem kleinen Atelier am Meer zu leben und Menschen in dem Gästehaus im Garten willkommen zu heißen. Das typisch Zeeländische Haus öffnet seine Fenster nach außen auf eine sonnige Holzterrasse, das Meer hört man bis hierher. Eine gemütliche Schlafempore macht das Haus besonders, die eigene Sauna ist buchbar!

Although it is located in the city centre at 100m from the Gravensteen castle, it is surprisingly quiet and perfect for relaxing and enjoying a good night's sleep during your visit to the vibrant city of Ghent. Enjoy peace and space in this special green place on the water, on the outskirts of the city center. All the comforts you need: air conditioning, free WiFi. A Nespresso machine for delicious coffee. The Vroesenpark is across the street, Diergaarde Blijdorp is a 10-minute walk away, as well as metro Blijdorp (800m). Close to the city center and exit roads.
