This apartment offers a lot of privacy with its own sheltered garden and entrance. Downstairs is a cozy living room with open kitchen and the French doors provide plenty of light and space. In addition to the underfloor heating, there is a cozy wood stove. Via an open staircase, you enter the sleeping area, which has 1 spacious double bed and 2 separate single beds, partially shielded by walls. For bringing your dog, we charge 15 euros in cash upon arrival. All rooms are finished with stylish natural materials. The entire concrete floor has underfloor heating. The cozy living room has a sofa, wood stove and TV with Netflix (no TV connection). The kitchen is partly separated by the tree trunk kitchen table and granite countertop. The kitchen offers the possibility to cook with retro Smeg appliances and is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, combi-microwave and kettle. The bathroom exudes a southern atmosphere with a floor of pebble stones and river stone washbasin. There is a washing machine and vacuum cleaner in the enclosed laundry room. There is a separate toilet room. The sleeping loft is divided into two sections, with the luxury double bed on one side of the wall and the two separate single beds on the other. The room with the wooden floor and beds feels immediately relaxing. The apartment is within walking distance of the old town, where there is a cozy village center with shops. By bike, you can reach the beach within 10 minutes. The apartment is completely newly built and is cozy and very bright in atmosphere, you will quickly feel at home. You can cook for yourself, if you want. As soon as you step inside, you get a holiday feeling, as the decor is a relaxed beach style. The finish is very luxurious. Guests of the apartment may participate in the yoga classes of Yogastudio Ouddorp at half price. The studio is located next to the apartment. Guests have their own private garden, which is completely shielded by a fence. In the garden, there is a cozy seating area, relaxing chairs and a large picnic table. My friend and I are available by email, WhatsApp and phone. The picturesque Ouddorp is a small seaside resort with a cozy village center and a sandy beach of no less than 17 kilometers long. The nature is beautiful and the area is ideal for surfing, cycling and hiking. The city center is literally within walking distance. A delicious real bakery is around the corner. The supermarkets are also very close. Around the church, there are cozy shops and terraces. The beach is wide and wonderful, with a number of cool beach clubs. The bus stop is adjacent to the garden. Parking is free on the Stationsweg, right next to the apartment.

In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. The apartment is very well insulated and wonderfully cool in summer and cozy in winter. Private terrace with large table and nice morning sun. B&B Het Onderduukertje has 3 apartments. These apartments share the garden. This apartment features a sleeping loft, accessible via a (fairly steep) staircase, there is also a sofa bed for a possible third person.
