The property includes two buildings. The heated cottage comfortably accommodates two people. There are sleeping places for two in the sleeping barn during the summer. Guests have access to a grill, a sup board, and a rowing boat. An additional fee for using the hot tub. Please book a hot tub in advance.

In addition, a glazed terrace with infrared heaters and a hot tub in the yard (for an additional fee of 100 euros). Air heat pump and municipal water. Large lawn yard. In the summer kitchen, you can cook either on an open fire or on a gas grill. The summer kitchen and the cottage kitchen complement each other perfectly. The fun mobile sauna heats up with wood and offers gentle steam baths and a place to wash with lake water. A 4-person sauna cottage completed in 2024 along a magnificent rapid. The calming rapids scenery guarantees a relaxing visit to Koskenrannan Helmi. The cottage is well suited for relaxation, fishing or even boating. In the large sauna of the cottage you can admire the flowing water, refreshment is easy in the always open rapids or in the outdoor hot tub. The cottage has 1 bedroom and a sofa bed, accommodation for 4 people. Additional services: Hot tub 100eur/booking Linen 18 EUR/person Final cleaning 45 euros/person

Villa Juurus log cabin with whirlpool

In this unique and peaceful cottage, it is easy to relax while watching the beautiful lake landscape. Cottage 55m² and a new 30m² yard building as well as a large terrace and barbecue area on the beach. Air heat pump and fireplace in use. Close to good fishing, berry picking, and outdoor terrain. Kuopio 35 km, Riistavesi 10 km. The renter has access to a paddle board and a rowboat, as well as Wi-Fi. If necessary, linen/towel rental 10e/person, final cleaning 80e extra. The price includes the use of the hot tub.
