Atmospheric yard cottage where the mind and body rests. The building was completely renovated in 2017-2019. A cozy seating area and hot tub with a covered terrace, which is included in the price of the accommodation. The cottage has a traditional Finnish vibe, which has also been added a touch of oriental breeze. From the gentle steam of the wooden sauna, it's nice to go to the terrace to cool off and enjoy shelter and a peaceful yard from the milieu. The house is simply unique. The view of the lake is breathtaking and it is great that you are right in the forest. Incredibly beautiful. We felt super comfortable and would have liked to have stayed longer. Kari is very accommodating and even organized a child's life jacket for our daughter at short notice. Thank you! The hot tub and sauna are in top condition and the kitchen is very well furnished. All in all, it was a great, relaxing vacation for us and we didn't miss anything.

Beautiful house and yard. Everything has been carefully designed and implemented. The decor was cozy and the family of 5 was a great fit. The sauna was great. The beach is really shallow, but it has a pleasant sandy bottom. There are good sports facilities nearby.

The lakehouse of Anne and her husband are just wonderful. The place is stunning and quiet. Inside you got everything you got, from fridge with freezer, to a finnish sauna. The road is a little bit bumpy if you drive the longer way, but after all i would recommend everyone to go there to have a little detox from everything :) We also were allowed to use their little boat, to drive on the lake. We highly recommend it!

Book it! This place is incredible! From the responsiveness of Tina, through to the absolute serenity and beauty of the surrounding area plus the stylish, no expense-spared, very new and modern cabin itself. We (family of 4, including 2 in mid-late teens) had a wonderful time, relaxing in nature, walking on a frozen lake, cooking on the grill and in the very well-stocked kitchen. You definitely need a car to get there, but once there can forget everything and properly relax. We’d certainly come back. It’d be fascinating to experience in summer as well as winter.

We enjoyed Pyhä in the atmospheric log cabin of Kivikoski very well for less than a week. The location near the highway was good. The cottage, barn, and yard matched the description. Everything was great. The house is beautifully located in a perfect location. Well and tastefully furnished, right on the beautiful lake. Sauna,boat and billiards are also great. Large supermarket (S-market) is not far away. You have your peace and can also do a lot in the area. Matti is a great,likeable and helpful host!Everything was wonderful and we'd love to come back!
