Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Rubén was very attentive from the beginning to guide us on arrival with clear instructions and flexibility of entry. It also had a nice welcome touch to the place. The place is true to the pictures and description. The place is beautiful, well connected to essential beaches within the Quebrada Coast. Highly recommended, we'll repeat for sure.

The stay in Rincon de Denver has been great. The house has a spectacular view of the Ria. Everything was very clean and tidy. Newly renovated. There are 4 televisions in the house, washing machine, dishwasher and everything you need. Look out, no oven. The surroundings are very nice and there are many things to do: Altamira caves 15 minutes away, Santander 30 min. Important: The nearest beach is a 10-minute walk (downhill) down a steep slope, not suitable for carts. That beach has low tide much of the day, then we couldn't bathe. La Concha beach is not walking distance, but very close by car. There's parking at 3 euros per day, which works great. The site is great and worth visiting.

Our stay there was great. Gerardo was very attentive and kind, he did not put any problems in that we were with our dogs. He recommended places and gave us flexibility with check in and check out time. The house is very spacious, comfortable and with everything you need. We had a great time and we loved being able to spend a few days there. Very good experience!

we were a group of 5 families with children, the accommodation is great,without danger for children,lots of land for them to play. perfect location with an amazing view of the sea, it sleeps without any noise. we would repeat without hesitation. We were delighted!!

Beautiful house with all the necessary equipment (and even more!). The site is quiet, facing the hills, 10 minutes from shops, and less than 30 minutes from the center of Bilbao. In addition, Marce is friendly, very welcoming and responsive. Whatever the weather, everything is well planned (outdoor swimming pool, barbecue... but also indoors: large spaces for eating, with a Jacuzzi or corners for games). We really loved staying here. We needed someplace quiet and peaceful after a week in Madrid. It is an old converted barn that is nestled in an small village. It is in a protected area that has beautiful walks up and down the mountains. We were here in full spring and everything was amazingly beautiful. The house is great too, recently redone, it has a functional inside and good bathroom, nice shower and spa bathtub. Outside there is a great place for a picnic. The perfect place to get away from it all.
