The annexe which is self contained is fully fitted out for four guests.It has a modern interior and is a new building (3yrs old). We live in a small pretty village with historical roots going back to Robert the Bruce.We are very central and 20 minutes from motorway taking you to Edinburgh (45mins).Perth (30mins) St Andrews(40mins).A great local hotel within 150 mts.Keen walkers can walk up the local Lomond hills and get wonderful views over Loch Leven.The gliding centre is 500 mts.Lots to do.

The Haven is a warm, cosy, quirky, very small hut set in a beautiful garden. It is perfect for a single traveller but does sleep two people and includes a welcome basket. Eastmost Cottage is in a wonderful position on the edge of the historic village of Falkland. It's a short walk from the fine Renaissance Falkland Palace, the heart of the medieval village with its independent shops, cafes restaurants and pub. There is great walking in the Lomond hills, accessible on foot. The wonderful Covenanter has fantastic food all day; the Hayloft and Pillars of Hercules are lovely cafes. Fine dining at the Boar's Head in nearby Auchtermuchty.

Can’t believe we lucked out on getting to stay here. The house and location exceeded all expectations. Serene and beautiful but incredibly accessible to great restaurants and anything you might need in town. The house is STUNNING, we felt right at home. We didn’t want to leave! Cannot recommend enough. Susan was wonderful to communicate with and made it so easy and seamless.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The home is incredibly spacious and very clean. We stayed for my 40th birthday and the owners popped a birthday banner up for me and left me chocolates, prosecco, and a birthday card. They checked in frequently to ensure we were enjoying our stay, but otherwise they respected our privacy and left us to it. We loved the quirkiness of the space, and the hot tub was incredible. We plan to return and would recommend this place to anyone. Just book it! :)

I spent 3 nights at Angie's place as I flew at the Scottish Gliding Centre. It is only 5 minutes drive. There is a convenience store just around the corner, enough parking space, sharing of bathroom and kitchen without any problems. For any visiting glider pilots, I believe, this is the place to go.

Wonderful two-night stay with very welcoming and very friendly hosts. As if we've known each other forever. Discreet. Always very attentive to us. The layout of the house leaves us each our privacy. The allocated lunch space is very well organized, well stocked and with all the essentials available. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom is very clean. We slept like babies. The small village of Kinross allowed us to easily explore the surroundings. We recommend this listing two hundred percent.

Gellyburn Cottage: Fun on the Farm

Just returned from a wonderful weekend with family and friends at Gellyburn Cottage. The house was spacious and easily accommodated 9 adults and 2 small dogs. It was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. It had everything we needed for our get together. The great supply of board games kept us entertained in the evening. There is a lovely enclosed garden (safe for the dogs) and a large BBQ with picnic benches. I highly recommend Gellyburn Cottage and we hope to return in the future.
