Pet-friendly vacation rentals in East Tyrol

We had wonderful stay at Chalet Seelenfrieden which is a unique place. The house is very clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated with attention to detail and fits perfectly into the surroundings. The sauna is a big advantage. Great location with walking trails, cross-country skiing trails and it’s around 15 minutes by car (or skibus) from The Großglockner ski resort in Matrei. We’ll be happy to come back.

We stayed in Carolin's wonderful house for the 2nd time and felt right at home. Watching the snowflakes while looking out of the warm house (surface heating=fantastic) through the floor-to-ceiling windows into this mini village... vacation at its best. Alpine skiers are in various ski resorts with a short drive. For cross-country skiing friends, the cross-country trail starts right outside the front door and leads through picturesque nature. Absolute tip for skiers of this bon viewer sport. We will be happy to come back.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice outdoor space to sit outside for breafast, dinner. Easy access to beautiful hikes. The house is nothing fancy but very functional! Comfy beds!

We had a wonderful time with our friends in this cozy house and would happily spend another vacation there at any time!

Sarah's place was very neat and clean. We were seven, including a dog, and found comfortable space and felt completely comfortable. A small downside was the somewhat cumbersome closing of the door in the middle bathroom. We were particularly impressed by the opportunity to hike directly from the house into the mountains and enjoy the fantastic view. Overall it was a wonderful vacation – we will be happy to come back! Haus Even was exactly what we were looking for for our ski holidays. We were four families and stayed in both the large and the small apartment. The ski-bus was across the street that took us to the ski area and we could ski back down to the Haus at the end of the day. The kitchen has everything we needed, and was great for cooking together, or playing cards at the table in the evening. We really appreciated the rustic style of the house, as well as the modernisation of the bathrooms and the bedroom in the small apartment. The children played together on the raised area above the tiled stove in the living room, or made snow men and forts outside next to the house. Christine was a perfect host. She speaks German and English and was always quick to respond and hospitable, taking care of all of our needs. We have already reserved our next trip back!

Extremely comfortable accommodation: The two rooms both have a shower and sink with the shared toilet. The large terrace is equipped with a table for outdoor dining, awning and sunbeds and sunbeds and supports to put clothes to dry in a place sheltered from the rain. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need (but for Italians: moka is missing). TV in both rooms (very large one in the main room). No problem finding the listing with the address on AirBnB. Walburga is very nice and attentive: she speaks only German, but with the translation app we had no problem communicating. Matrei is in a beautiful place: from the terrace you can see the mountains and the castle. Great base for hiking or biking. We were able to leave the car in the relevant parking space. Absolutely recommended.

Alfred was an incredibly kind and attentive host who picked us up from the train station upon arrival. The appartement was clean and comfortable. The location in Amlach is calm, quiet, and only one short bus stop away form Lienz.

We really enjoyed our stay in Chris's apartment. It's in the centre of St Jacob, spotless clean, very comfortable rooms and big balcony. The skicenter is just 2 minutes by car. We are surley coming back.

Our stay with Peter and Andrea was really something very special and we really enjoyed our time there. We were so warmly welcomed and the good conversations over coffee will remain in good memory. The farm is beautifully located with magnificent views of the valley and the mountains. The apartment on 2 floors is beautifully and cheerfully furnished and has everything you need. The beautiful lake with raft is a highlight and everything on the farm testifies to the loving hand of the hosts. Peter and Andrea are truly exceptional and generous hosts who took a lot of time for us and also provided us with wonderful homemade vinegar or vegetables from the garden. If you follow the directions (and really turn right, even if the signpost Pirkachberg points to the left), then you will also find the Ederhof easily. We can recommend it wholeheartedly and hopefully can come back!

With a group of friends we spent three days in the house, which is perfect base for skiing in Tre Cime , Kronparz and Cortina. Annemarie is very friendly host, we felt like home. The house is fully equipped, like in description. I think we will come back again.

We spent 9 days with our 2 big children during the summer in this accommodation and we will definitely come back because everything was perfect for our expectations. First, the recent apartment where it's good to live with a beautiful view of the mountains. Then the pool has a good temperature for us very invigorating after a day of hiking or in the morning to get in condition or just rest with a good book. The view from the pool is also beautiful. Then the area is filled with beautiful walks and hikes of varying difficulty depending on the desired level. We also did rafting Lienz. Parking and the local bike were also very helpful. We'll most certainly be back. Fredérick.

We were there for a long weekend with the extended family. Everything was perfect and we were in love with the Kollreider Hof from the first moment. Really a very nice location, equipped with everything your heart desires. Thank you for the wonderful time!

A great rustic house with enough space for 8 people and dog. We felt very comfortable. Everything went smoothly and without problems from booking to arrival and departure. The landlord is very caring. There's everything from bed linen to salt shakers in the house. Direct location on the slopes, great. Recommended for a family holiday in the snow, even for non-skiers. We will be happy to come back !

The apartment is very nice. As soon as you enter the apartment, it smells pleasantly of pine wood. The beds are very comfortable and everything is sparkling clean. Wonderful stay in a lovely cottage. Great area and right after the winter season it was wonderfully quiet. Charging your car is a thing, but close to the house is a charging point of Smatrics. Eating at Gasthaus Gradenwirt is also recommended. Worth repeating!

Very nice and clean place with good amenities. There was nothing missing

Despite the rain, we had a great time in the super cozy cottage. We were greeted directly by deer at the front door. The views are magnificent and the warm, quiet atmosphere grounded us nicely. The beds were also a bit too short for some of us - but for a week we could handle that well :-) The cottage was super clean, which we really noticed positively. We'll be happy to come back when we're in the area again and have one more great memory in our luggage, thank you!

Very well equipped house in great mountain scenery. Communication was good and easy, the house very cozy and in a perfect location for hikes - we 100% recommend it.
