We had a wedding in York and booked Dawn’s house on all the reviews and recommendations. We were not at all disappointed! Very spacious house with all we needed. Getting into town was easy and being near to the station was good for my son and his girlfriend who also stayed with us. I would throughly recommend staying here Dawn kept us informed on all aspects of our stay. Thank you for an amazing time!

Very clean, quiet property in a great location. Many and Beth were friendly and proactive. I would suggest changing the blinds in the bedrooms as they let in lots of light in the morning, so recommend bringing an eye mask. We would definitely stay again.

If you’re staying in York, England you cannot go wrong staying at this cozy home. Wonderful location, relaxing home, beautiful surroundings and wonderful guests. My highest recommendation. You will not be disappointed.

We had a brilliant few days in York. The location is very central so there was an abundance of places to go and things to do right on the doorstep. A section of the medieval walls even goes through the back garden! The apartment itself was very clean and tidy and comfortable with some extra touches like milk in the fridge and a bottle of wine too. Some reviewers have mentioned the shower being a bit weak but we found it to be fine. One thing to note is that you do need to pay for parking if you drive to York, which can get expensive but there is plenty of parking close by. Thank you Karen.

Absolutely adore Gill and Andy’s place. It just feels like home. Perfect location for us to visit friends, the pub. Nice walk to the cliffs where the views are stunning. Beautiful and clean and the private garden for the dogs is perfect. We’ve already booked for New Year

Had a lovely couple of days in York at Gary's house. The house is beautifully furnished and well located within the city walls with easy access to all York has to offer. We were also very appreciative of Gary's assistance in relation to a couple of matters following the visit too, such as when we thought we had left some airpods in the house (but actually hadn't).

Another lovely relaxing stay at Vicki's house. A short walk from the train station and the centre of York and plenty of nice bars and restaurants nearby. House is spotless with all the amenities you could possibly need. Will definitely look to book again next time I'm in York.

We had a lovely stay in this very stylish apartment in York, it accommodated our family group very well. It's central with the theatre and gallery nearby and lots of places to shop and eat. There is an amazing view of the Minster from the living room window. Check-in is easy with an access code for the door received the day before your stay. We requested a cot which wasn't in place at check-in but the team were responsive and this was resolved quickly. The apartment was very warm for our stay in April, even with the thermostat on low. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to book this apartment again, we had a great stay, thank you so much!

The location is perfect for a short 5-10 minute walk into the city centre. Really easy to find in and check in was straight forward. For people who are looking for something quirky that fits the area that they are visiting, the place is perfect. Be prepared though, the listing states that the house is wonky and low- it certainly is that. Our plans changed and we ended up taking my parents. For people in their late 60s, navigating the stairs was somewhat tricky. Overall a great experience. The only downside for me is that the socialising spaces are quite dark and not very comfortable, but if it’s mainly a base for sleeping then it’s perfect.

Great location with shop right on doorstep! Lovely comfortable beds, Tv in each room. Clean fresh linen and towels. Great access and layout. Good amenities with tea coffee on arrival. Lovely restaurant recommendations. Went to both "Ate o'clock and Cut and craft" great food and drink!! Very reasonable price for the stay. Lovely and friendly host. Friendly neighbours and locals! This is a Gem of a property so close to City centre with parking. The property itself is lovely and quite spacious. we would definitely love to visit again. And the pass the Keys team are fantastic so quick to respond.

Had a fantastic stay for our first time in York…the apartment was so close to walk into York yet still was peaceful, quiet and a joy to return back to after venturing around and about! It had everything we could need for a perfect stay! We will definitely try to book it again for a returning visit to York!

Had such a fantastic stay here. The flat was absolutely pristine. Had everything we required. We parked on the drive but there is also parking just round the corner. A beautiful walk along the river into town and also an easy walk from the station. York is such a beautiful city. Highly recommend the Star Inn The City for cocktails on the terrace by the river, easily walkable. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The accomodation was immaculate. Couldnt be in a better location for walking into York...part of the city wall walk just outside apartmemts. Decorated for xmas which was a lovely touch. Cosy and warm... Excellent communication. Would definatly recommend .

We had a great stay at this flat! The location is excellent—just a 10-minute walk from all the main attractions, which made exploring the area really convenient. The flat itself is in great condition: fresh, clean, and beautifully maintained. The ensuite bathroom was a nice touch, and the big TV was perfect for relaxing in the evening. I especially appreciated all the thoughtful little touches the host provided—tea, snacks, shampoo, bin bags, and even wireless chargers by each bed and a wireless speaker. These details really make a difference when you’re staying for a short time. Highly recommend!

We had a brilliant 1 night stay here! Really clean and spacious, lovely garden area and the pool table in the room was great! We will be booking again soon!

What a fabulous apartment! Everything was as advertised, clean, welcoming and homely. it was a lovely start to our stay to find little 'extras' left by the host (wine, crisps, biscuits) and cute knitted ducks left on our pillows containing cream eggs....very fitting for our Easter break. I would highly recommend

We had a lovely return visit to Diane's apartment and certainly hope to go again. We couldn't fault anything; everything so clean, the apartment well appointed, bed very comfortable with beautiful bedding and towels and everything you could possibly need or want. Malton is a perfect base to enjoy North Yorkshire. Great to meet Diane and Mark who were so friendly. Thank you!
