Monthly Rentals in East Peoria

Blackbird on the drive is a luxury Beatles inspired oasis on the tippy top of lookout point - you can see all of the city / water / trees it was absolutely beautiful. The beds were SO comfortable and the shower was a dual head stone shower so it was fun. I’d consider this more of an adult rental, I wouldn’t recommend children - the place is absolutely pristine. The 2 decks and front porch were our favorite hang out spots and we watched the big Chiefs fireworks show from the comfort of the home. Worth every penny, the photos don’t even do it justice!! We walked around the neighborhood every morning and looked at all the beautiful houses. Great amenities provided - felt right at home. 12/10 would stay here again !!

Place was exactly as pictured. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Rooms are a little tight with no dresser storage but was fine for a 3 night stay. We really enjoyed the common space areas and would highly recommend this house and this host.

Host gave prompt and precise instructions for check in. The house was tidy and cozy

Amy made accommodations last minute to help us book her space for the duration we wanted to stay. It was much appreciated and made the quick trip much easier given their flexibility. Thanks again!
