Kid-friendly vacation rentals in East Memphis

We loved this place! It’s so cute and cozy. We enjoyed being able to walk and get coffee one morning and go to a nearby restaurant and sit outside one evening. Would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Very nice place, convenient transportation and very clean

This is beautiful home with more space than the pictures can show. Very comfortable up and down stairs. Extremely responsive host and so easy to work with. A few short minutes to Cooper Young were all the great restaurants are. We would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Luis home. It was very quiet, cozy and clean. It also had everything we needed. We were able to take some nice walks in the mornings and it was convenient for us. As we needed to be close to the Dixon garden area too. We will definitely love to stay again.

This place is a great location for visiting Memphis, just a short ride to all the local attractions and historical sites. The photos in the listing are absolutely what you are getting with this rental. Totally cozy, truly a great space located in a quiet neighborhood.

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb! Everything was nice, clean, and exactly as described. The space was well-kept, and the beds were super comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. It perfectly accommodated all of my guests, and we had plenty of room to relax. The host was excellent with communication, very responsive and accommodating throughout our stay, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciated their hospitality. One Fine Day is such a relaxing oasis in the city! It is perfectly located in E Memphis - near a ton of amazing restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Easy to get downtown, to Germantown and the airport. The house is a beautiful step back in time - we felt right at home with our two young girls. The home, furnishings and decor are all modern with a stylish nod toward the 60s. Beds, linens and furniture all super comfy and cozy, kitchen is well stocked and the huge yard made for a phenomenal place for our girls to run and play. Elizabeth is a kind and responsive host and we can’t wait to come back!

This place has plenty of room, everything you need for a short or long stay. I initially booked for 5 weeks and stayed 11 weeks. Great location, close to everything, but a quiet, private location. Very comfortable couch and bed. Plenty of street parking or private covered parking in the back. 100% would book again!

Our stay at Graze House was truly exceptional! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and right near the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to explore. Morgan and the entire Pettigrew Adventures team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome wine and the stocked kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Graze house to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Memphis. Wonderful place! The studio was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had lots of amenities. Good water pressure in the shower. The neighborhood was quiet but we could still walk to several restaurants and Overton Park. Taylor was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We had a nice stay. Everything was clean. We had a small issue getting in the gate but we received immediate instruction that worked. I loved the security of the gate. The only thing is we could hear the upstair’s neighbors walking and moving around. We loved being in this area because it was walkable to Beale St. restaurants, Lorraine Motel, and other rooftop restaurants, and the river. Drew and Emily were very responsive and great hosts!

I appreciated Annie‘s space a lot. I felt home in the space pretty quickly, and I was glad about the washer and dryer. The neighbor hood around Overton Square is lively and can be reached in walking distance. I’d book it again. Annie is great, very reponsive and helpful.

I got pneumonia and wasn’t able to stay but the owner was great and responsive. I’ll try to stay there again one day soon.

The atmosphere of this place was just fabulous. If you’re in Memphis you should definitely check this place out. The gate system was explained well when asked and it made us feel more comfortable.

Jon's place was everything we imagined it would be. Very well kept and accessible to so many things. Jon was extremely polite and responsive. I will recommend and stay again.

Great place to stay if you visit Memphis. Close to Beale Street and the national civil rights museum (a must see!)

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

This is our second stay with Mallory and Tripp. We love their condo and location. Secure parking a plus. Walking distance to Bealle Street and museums. They have hot water with good shower pressure. The bed is comfy. Love the Bohemian theme. We look forward to our next Memphis getaway with them. Thank you for your lovely accommodations.

We had such a great stay at this Memphis home! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home—plenty of clean towels, bed linen etc. it was super easy to get to downtown, Beale Street, and other Memphis attractions. I really appreciated how communicative and helpful the host was throughout my stay—they made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Whether you're visiting for music, food, or just some Southern hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. I'd absolutely book again next time I'm in town!
