As written in the guestbook by our 9 year old daughter: We had a great time at your house. The outdoor and indoor parts of the house were super fun to play in! The WiFi was great! The game room was amazing! We loved that there was TVs in every room and the fact we did not have to split a room if we did not want to. The couches were very comfy and nice to watch TV! 10/10 house! This home was super clean and extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything you could need. Tea and coffee stations were extra special touches. All appliances were new, clean and worked perfectly. Hosts were extremely responsive and very patient with my questions. We're not very experienced Air BNB users but this was super easy and a very positive experience for us. Would definitely try to stay here again when we return to the area.

A wonderful stay! Mark made us feel right at home with personalized recommendations and homemade pumpkin bread! I can tell Mark has a passion for this industry and wants to make you feel like you’re on vacation, not just renting a house out. He truly has a knack for hospitality! The home was very clean, and in a great location. We enjoyed the walkable restaurants. It was in a convenient spot to access other parts of the city. All in all, I would highly recommend this airbnb and will definitely rebook if I make my way back to Memphis!

My boyfriend & I stayed here. It was the perfect amount of space, it was beautiful on the inside & out. The in-unit wash/dryer was the perfect touch it needed.
