I booked the stay at 40 winks for my parents - Sharne is a great host - she reached out as soon as I booked to ensure her place was suitable for their needs as there are stairs leading down to it, just before arrival she asked for their preferred milk choice, a thoughtful touch & sent me a nice message after they left - thank you for making their stay so lovely ❤️ My parents left this feedback about their stay: 40 Winks is a very relaxing retreat, a delightful little flat & Sharne made us feel very welcome. A beautiful peaceful studio retreat in a lovely location as depicted. Lovely Local walks and good locality for visiting surrounding areas of Dorset & Wiltshire. Great host and in a picturesque setting.

The dovecote was well equiped, clean and comfortable in a rural location, but within easy drive of Salisbury. The Dovecote is part of a courtyard complex with the outside space at the front of the property and, as our stay was midweek, there were vehicles coming and going during the day, and the nearby road was also well used. As we were out exploring during the day this did not pose a problem for us as the evenings and early mornings were very quiet with lovely birdsong to wake up to.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Bay Tree Lodge. The check-in process was seamless, with great instructions. The property itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The amenities were top-notch, including a well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a sweet outdoor space to relax in. The location is close to popular sights by car but in a quiet neighbourhood that allowed for a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring. We enjoyed waking up to the sound of nature. Overall, our stay was nothing short of delightful. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I can't wait to return!
