Truly home sweet home. Just walk in and relax. Fully stocked kitchen including milk, eggs, butter and pastries so no need to rush out to go grocery shopping. Convenient to New Haven yet completely quiet neighborhood for resting and taking walks.

Our family enjoyed a wonderful post- Christmas getaway at Jennifer’s beautiful home. The house is fabulous - well- located, pristine , beautifully decorated and well-stocked. It was relaxing and perfect. We did not have much need to reach out (everything was effortless) but when we did, Jennifer was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

My stay here was phenomenal! From the host’s response time, down to the amenities that were placed throughout the house. As soon as you walk in, it felt like home. The house is spacious and highly functional. The design of the house offers a perfect blend of modern mixed with nostalgic elements. The best stay by far. Would love to book again!

This airbnb was so unique and it surpassed my expectations in every way. The location was unbeatable with downtown Newport just 10 minutes in driving distance. The rooftop deck overlooked the bay and we got to share a beautiful sunset each night. The inside of the home had ample space for each member of our group, and provided enough privacy for each of us whilst also giving us plenty of shared spaces. The inside of the home was spotless and inviting. Sara was responsive, accommodating, and helpful each step of the way. My stay in Middletown/Newport was unforgettable. The history, charm, and natural beauty of this area is one of a kind. I can not wait to return.

The house was everything advertised and more! Our hosts were very responsive and clear in their instructions which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! The house is only a 10-15min walk to Scarborough beach and in a lovely neighborhood. Our family had a great week in Kyle’s home! Thanks for everything!

This is an AMAZING Airbnb. High quality blankets, towels, ornamental details throughout the space. Comfortable beds. Beautiful ambient lighting. Large backyard with a fire pit. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful houses, surrounded by water, with lovey little shores and nooks to walk to. My 4 year old had toys to play with and a little potty that all came with the home. I will DEFINITELY stay again. My family and I loved this place.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this house - our stay was absolutely sublime. The decor was immaculately curated, the house had all the supplies required to cook family meals, the sunset was to die for, and we had an absolute blast at the pool. Communicating with Dan and Tabitha was great, very professional and responsive. We had such a wonderful stay here over New Years. Like many other reviews have stated, pictures do not do this home justice. It’s so much larger and more spread out than we expected. Perfect layout for two couples where we each felt like we had our own place, with plenty of cozy spaces to hang out too. The kitchen is SO well equipped for anything and everything. Beds and sofas were super comfortable and the we loved all of the charming touches of this historical home. The location is fantastic too. Walking distance to everything you could need and a quick drive to so many beautiful areas. I can imagine spending hours in the backyard when the weather is warmer too!

We stay at Patti's place twice a year for a time of reflection. The location is peaceful and restful, right on the water. Patti always has a plate of cookies waiting for us and lets us know about any changes. We had a cold, wet first day, so were particularly delighted to be able to use the new gas fireplace, which kept everything warm and cozy. We're booked in for late fall already!

We had such a great family vacation in Narragansett! Laura was very responsive and accommodating! Highly recommend her home!

Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).

I would highly recommend Melissa's place in Jamesport. It was a great location with room to enjoy with some family members including children. It was perfect with some toys and a big outdoor area (and a private beach!) for us all to spend some time together while visiting family in the area. Melissa was accommodating and clear in her directions and gave us a warm welcome with a greeting basket, information about the area and coffee! The location is lovely and everything about the house was fun and comfortable. Thanks!

We must have passed the residence hundreds of times going out Montauk over the past 40 years. What a hidden gem. We were so fortunate to have the opportunity to stay at this location. The home was very well appointed, tidy and clean. What a gem of a home, even in the off season. We would love to return.

Kenneth’s place was clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and looked just like the pictures. We felt right at home and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect! We were able to walk easily to the nearby beach and it is only a few minutes from all of our favorite restaurants. If you’re looking for a few quiet and peaceful days away from everything, this is the perfect spot.

Steve gave us access to beach pass prior to check in. We spent the day at the nearby quiet beach. We went to his restaurant recommendation which was also on the water and an excellent choice. We went to his dinner recommendation x2 and both excellent choices. The house was perfect. Beds comfortable and hot water available in shower. Clean!! Bathroom spacious and clean! The backyard is peaceful and comfortable for happy hour. We will certainly be back. No problems no hassle. He’s warm and welcoming!

What a beautiful home. Centrally located, nicely kept, bright with light and full with spirit. Never stayed at a place with such a nice kitchen— do many cooking tools, machines and spices. We felt at home. Many little beautiful objects … and candle lights that make it a cozy place to stay. It was wintertime, so we did not use the pool. Must be so much fun for a big family or a group of friends to stay there in the summer. Rhonda and Kathlyn got back to us fast and stayed in contact during our stay. A great getaway from The City … 🌿
