What a great little find! The most quaint little place with wonderful accommodating hosts and the most comfortable bed ever! Will stay again

We had a lovely stay at Vanessa’s cottage. The garden is lovely with some great views, and horses which our toddler loved seeing. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Living room was cosy with a nice comfy sofa. Recommend if you’re looking for a small, cosy and quaint cottage experience! The local area is also beautiful. We had an amazing lunch at a local pub in Hindon which Vanessa recommended.

Everything about this place was perfect for us. It was a 3 night NYE city getaway stay. Close to Shaftesbury. 5min drive to 3 National Trust prioerties/walks for our dog. And loads of cosy country boltholes. We love cooking and the kitchen has everything you need to make something awesome. Huge, quality bed and great shower.

A beautiful cozy period cottage situated in small hamlet surrounded by beautiful Wiltshire countryside. The kitchen was well appointed, the bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and the large bathroom was sparklingly clean with good quality furniture including a freestanding shower and a bath! The cottage is very quiet although only a short distance from the A303 trunk road giving easy access to the numerous local places of interest including, Stonehenge, Longleat and the City of Bath. Frances was very friendly but not intrusive and very helpful via email prior to our arrival. I would recommend this cottage to explore the local area.
