This stylish 1-person studio includes a full private bathroom, a kitchen, a working desk, a twin bed, a dedicated entrance to the outside, and large windows that bring in the natural light. Location is near a major shopping mall/Fred Meyer. Years ago, we suffered from today's apartment leasing system - requiring tenants to commit to year-long leases when they just got to a new city. Welcome to my home! This is a spacious guest suite with private entrance, bathroom, walk-in-closet, dining table set, sofa, refrigerator and microwave. Located in north Renton, WA, only 15min. drive to Sea-Tac airport and Bellevue downtown and 25min. to Seattle downtown. 3-4 min drive to the nearest mall, within walking distance to groceries, pharmacies, and restaurants. King county metro bus stops, route 240,105, and 111 are all with in 5-7min walking distance from my house.

A modern kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a stove, microwave, and refrigerator. Light gray cabinetry complements the dark wood dining table and black stools. Soft lighting from the overhead fixture creates a functional and well-organized cooking space.

"Wow, this is nice!" Is the reaction from family and friends seeing our Loft apartment for the first time. This loft has been our secret gem. It is a place we have friends and family stay when visiting. The size of the space is 900 sq ft and located above our personal shop (large garage building). Once inside, you can enjoy an open and comfortable area to relax. Prepare all of your meals or take advantage of local restaurants.
