The apt has parking (2+ cars), a private entrance & sleeps up to 8 (incl 2 dbl sofa beds). The original Hall (on 14 acres) was built in the 1200's & the existing Georgian building from the 1600's. We are 25 mins from Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket. Accessible to the local village pub and shop which is 5 mins drive. Swallow Barn is situated off a quiet lane in a small village surrounded by beautiful countryside and wildlife. The property is separate but adjacent to our 16th century Grade 2 listed home and we are happy to accept well behaved dogs. Please contact us before booking if you wish to bring them. Open fields surrounding the property provide plenty of lovely walks.

The Barn sleeps up to 7 people, with views over the countryside, a large garden and outdoor bluetooth enabled hot tub, new in August 2021. It's a 'get away from it all' place. A cosy and stylish home near to the town centre

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This little end of terrace house is situated in a quiet little cul-de-sac close to the centre of the historic and beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds - a 10/15 minute walk at most. My home is neat and stylish and always welcoming whatever the season. If you are coming to stay in summer I have a lovely private garden and if you stay in autumn or winter you will find the house particularly cosy. And I have good parking outside too!

Welcome to our beautiful oak framed annex in the garden of our cottage, looking over fields at the front and onto the garden at the rear. It is a large, comfortable , light filled space with quality furnishings and original art throughout. I am an artist and have a studio in the garden that you are welcome to visit. There is a large garden with pleached trees and cottage garden style planting . We are tucked away down a quiet no-through road in the heart of the village.

Close to Bury St Edmunds and Diss, an ideal semi-rural base for exploring East Anglia and the cities of Norwich and Cambridge. Our comfortable and quiet cottage annexe provides a well-equipped place to stay for a self-catering short break or longer, with wi-fi included. The comfortable sitting room looks out onto the private garden where there is a small patio containing outdoor chairs and table. The ensuite bedroom (double-bed) has a vaulted ceiling and ample storage.

Nestled in the beautiful Norfolk countryside, Mayflower Cottage is a wonderfully unique and charming property. Set at the end of a secluded private lane, it can accommodate up to two guests. The property is situated roughly halfway between the town of King's Lynn and the historic medieval city of Norwich. The gorgeous North Norfolk coast, with 45 miles of unspoilt beaches, is a 35-minute drive away, and the Broads National Park is a 45-minute journey.
