This was a wonderful place to stay and explore. The garden was absolutely wonderful and much appreciated by all guests of two and four legs. Wonderfully clean, bright and spacious rooms. We had a wonderful time and are very grateful for the stay. We will definitely be back!

Jamie’s property was just as it looked in the photos. I have stayed in several Airbnb properties in the area and this is the best by far. It was spotless and if the weather had been better we would definitely have used the garden seating. Thanks to Jamie for providing such a great place.

The apartment was beautiful. It has a really nice balcony with a beautiful view of the river. Fully stocked kitchen, literally had everything that we needed. The host was very responsive and helped us out when we had issues. Great location, walkable to public transportation, and grocery store was really close by. We had a great vacation overall, glad we chose this place to stay!

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

Nice flat in a great location. Hosts were very accommodating for children. Nadia in particular was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a very early flight for checkout and left in a bit of a rush or would have tidied more, but hosts were understanding. Lots to do in a short walk around Kensington Chelsea. Underground stations are nearby; Earle’s Court neighborhood and Battersea, including Battersea Park and the best playground I’ve ever seen, are 20-30 minute walk. We had a lovely time in a nice flat with great hosts. Can’t wait to go back!

Thanks for great hostage. Despite it was short notice the host helped me easily find the place. The host was super nice and friendly. I found the location very quite and safe, it was very easy to commute to central London, easy to find shops nearby for extra late night snacks. Apartment was clean and matches the one in the picture. Overall, super happy. Definitely see you again!

Stayed here for a long weekend during Pride and we had the best time. Property was immaculate, nice bedrooms and we loved sitting in the courtyard garden. Ben was super helpful and the best host - thank you. Will definitely cone back next year!

Lovely welcoming home in a residential area within easy walking distance of everything Brighton has to offer. The house is spacious and very well appointed with all the kitchen equipment you’d need plus lots of games

We had an awesome stay, the place was spotless, and very cosy. Parking just in front of the house entrance, a nice back garden with a clean well furnished home. I highly recommend the place if you want a quick escape from the city.

The place is great - very clean, airy and with all the amenities needed. It is situated a bit further from historical centre (Pantiles), in more residential area with loads of nice (and not touristy) restaurants/coffee shops/pubs to choose from. It is also just right next to the park. Dominic was very responsive and accommodating host. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed 2 days at Joanne’s beautiful apartment. It’s exactly like the photos, gorgeous, spacious and bright with everything you need. Well equipped kitchen and luxe bathroom. The garden is super pretty! You have a sea view from the living room as the beach is right across the street. We walked everywhere. The free parking is an added bonus. Would definitely recommend!

Pristine place, literally couldn't find a spot of dirt anywhere. David was very friendly. We had a lovely time in Brighton - the flat is easily walkable to town, lovely little coffee shop opposite (with amazing coffee!). Seaside only a 5 min (or less) walk. Would love to stay here again. A very minor point, but the window in the front bedroom is an original so you can hear street noise, but it didn't affect our stay. Thank you David!

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

Amazing stay at Portico Residence. Flexible check in, beautiful kitchen with all the cutlery. And all the amenities. Love the house decor. Easy walk towards town and stores, and train station. Love to see that all the necessary’s were available in the house. Heating system was perfect. Our stay was comfy and beautiful. Surely recommend portico residences.

A perfect place to stay. 8min walk to a big Tesco and bus stop right under the apartment. Stayed for 4 nights and really felt like home. Highly recommend.
