Always a lovely place to stay in a beautiful home in a lovely garden leading down to the river. A great place to stay if you like walking as the countryside is very accessible, but also in easy reach of London.

Tracy was an excellent host who was quick to respond, friendly and approachable, offering local recommendations. She was very accommodating and her space was cozy and well located.

We had a lovely 9-day stay at this Airbnb and overall, it was a great experience. The space was cozy, clean, and well-heated, just as shown in the pictures. The location was perfect—within walking distance to public transport, which made it easy to explore the area. The self-check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The apartment was beautifully furnished, with comfortable bedding and a spacious living area. The kitchen was well-equipped with a good supply of dishes, pots, pans, and cutlery. We did run into a few minor issues with the stove and washing machine, but nothing too disruptive. Additionally, one of the bedroom blinds fell during our stay, but the service team was prompt in addressing the issue once we reported it. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Lovely stay, the place was spotless, stylish, and had everything I needed. The bed was super comfy, and the location was ideal. The host was friendly and helpful throughout. Would definitely stay again!

Nice tidy apartment, close to all local shops

We stayed here for a short business trip and had a great experience. The house is modern with beautiful decor, free parking and its convenient location made commuting into Central London quick and easy.

An incredible stay in a beautiful apartment. The view across to the sea was spellbinding and you can watch the sunset with a lovely glass of wine. The flat has everything you could possibly need and is thoughtful as well as top quality. The coffee machine was outstanding. The shower was perfect, the beds comfortable and there was a very clever and easy way of accessing the flat. St. Leonards has so many incredible independent and interesting shops, fabulous restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and bars, as well as a market with beautiful things. Lots of art and vintage shops and within bus, train or healthy walk from Hastings with it's equally amazing shops, restaurants, pubs and coffee shops. So much to see and do and then to come home to a calm and beautiful apartment is just wonderful! Thank you so much for everything.

Worth every penny! We stayed here for 5 weeks while I did my cabin crew training at the CAE. Beautiful property just like the photos, squeaky clean, private and everything we needed to make it home!! Sarah is super responsive and helpful in every way. Clean linen and towels every week as promised, bed linen was so soft!! Brighton is a 20 minute drive & great for the weekends.. Sarah gave us lots of great recommendations, which we loved! Thank you so much again Sarah, you are a beautiful person inside and out!! Xx

Lovely space to spend a couple of days. Very countryside. June was a warm and helpful Host.

The location of this spot was perfect for us, and we thought the price was very good as well. This place sleeps 4 comfortably as it has 1 queen bed and 2 full size beds. It also has a long sofa that can be slept on but obviously not a bed. The WiFi and 2 tvs are great and have lot of the apps you will want to watch your shows. Also has a Nespresso machine with lots of pods. Lots of towels and the things you would want at an Airbnb. We loved this spot and would def stay here again, especially when the price is right.

Great stay! Gary met us at the front of the studio and helped us carry in our bags. He also gave us quick run down of everything and local grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment was accompanied by detailed booklets about (1) the neighborhood and another (2) on how to use the induction system. The place is a 15 minute walk to the Easy Croydon situation and surrounded by many restaurants and pubs. Overall a great stay and would book here again next time I’m in London!

We had a relaxing and peaceful time at Roger's place. Although we arrived rather late at 11pm, the self-check in instructions were very helpful and we had a very comfortable night at the property. I would love to be back in the near future.

Great stay in Brighton. We enjoyed the place and everything was very walkable.

Jo’s place was exactly as described; tidy, homely and in a great location. Unfortunately, there were roadworks outside but that was the only downside (and nothing Jo could have done about it)! A cosy top floor flat with gorgeous views of the sea, in a really central location and Jo herself was very helpful and clear with her instructions. Overall, this place was 10/10, would absolutely recommend to anyone visiting Brighton.

We had the best stay at 5 the lawn. Jude’s attention to detail is insane and the place is simply outstanding. Everything was so picturesque. Jude was a great host, she ensured we had everything and made sure to let us know if we needed anything at all she was just a message away. Jude was a massive help in recommending a local decorating company and ensuring everything was set up for our arrival. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his birthday getaway. We will for sure be returning. Thank you Jude for an unreal stay.

Stella has a fantastic two bed apartment here with wonderful views out to the water. Everything is within walking distance whether that be shops, pubs or just a nice stroll along the coastline! I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Kent and get the best of both worlds being so close to the station and city but also being on the doorstep of so much greenery and countryside. Stella was fantastic as was her assistant Natasha.

Jo is one of the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever met. She’s such a lovely and genuinely helpful person. My partner and I stayed for a night after visiting Pooh Corner, Ashdown Forest, and many other charming places nearby. Everything was perfect. Jo made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Her home is beautiful, the hot tub was incredibly relaxing, and there’s so much to do in the area. We highly recommend staying at Jo’s place. Thank you for everything.

Where to start! if I could rate this stay a thousand stars I would!! the property was immaculate, homely and comfy . a gorgeous sitting room and outdoor space! beautiful decor and quiet bedrooms. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness due to my clean ocd phobia . Ollie was amazing very attentive in hosting the property and gave local recommendations and went out of his way to make sure the stay went well. looking to return soon, this property was 5 star and the service to match ! thank you for a relaxing break Kelly x

Zainab and Ciara were both really responsive and friendly. The property was nicely decorated and spacious. Only thing I would mention is that if the Dentist is open, you can hear a lot of what’s going on upstairs, but we stayed on Fri-Sun so as soon as the dentist closed it was very nice and quiet.

This was a fantastic airbnb and we'd definitely recommend. The bedroom was lovely, we slept very well, and the alway-on hot tub was a treat. Very minor points to improve for future guests - the WiFi instructions were out of date and the shower gel container empty

Amazing stay at Ricky’s place in Brighton. Location was perfect, walkable to everywhere we needed. Apartment was decorated great & what really stood out was the amenities - above any other Air BnB we’ve stayed in. Will definitely be back
