Newly renovated building with lots of great amenities! The apartment was spotless and comfortable. Check in was easy and the building was within walking distance of the downtown area and grocery store. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Luxury Themed Furnished Apartment

Michelle was a great host, quick response & highly accommodating - and Larry was awesome with welcoming us in. The apt is on the top floor, so you get a decent balcony & the neighbors were quiet, so we were able to get some sleep and have some relaxing evenings. It also has an elevator, so I would recommend it to anyone who has trouble walking. It is close to happy Harry’s, the grocery store & Walmart. It is also on the nicer end of town, as I used to live in the area for 5 years. Would stay here again if available in the future.

My daughter and I were in town for hockey @ the Icon, so Cole’s place was perfect (just a few blocks away). It’s a beautiful apartment with plenty of parking, and we just used the patio door to go in and out. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. Would definitely recommend.

This was my second time in this apartment, and I'm sure I'll be back for more. It's a great quiet, comfortable space. The price compared favorably to hotels in Thief River Falls, and I made a pre-Thanksgiving Thanksgiving dinner for two with the full-size stove/oven. Thanks!

Carson always makes you feel right at home and definitely is a great host to have uf you are in the grand forks area! Highly recommended! You wont be disappointed at all.

We had a wonderful stay and Coleen was a great host. Always responsive and helpful. The apartment was just as described and was very comfortable, clean and provided for a wonderful weekend.

The historic brick duplex features a welcoming front porch with steps leading to the entrance. Large windows offer views of the front yard, which is landscaped with green grass and surrounded by mature trees. A peaceful neighborhood setting is visible.

David and Breanna were awesome hosts. The apartment was super clean with nice furnishings and great kitchen plus a single car garage! They were super helpful and responded quickly; especially after 9” of snow in April, they ran the snowblower and cleared the driveway. Terrific stay and great location close to UND-thank you Breanna and Dave!

We had a delightful time. We loved that the listing is a pet friendly home. It made our trip a lot more relaxing than a hotel. Home is as described in the description : upper floor only. Front parking is on the street and then parking in the back is off an alley. Shorter fenced yard but doable for pets to be watched while using. Host is very responsive, friendly, helpful. We would rent again if in the area.

Great house in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood! We enjoyed the deck in the backyard and the kids enjoyed the arcade games in the basement. The air conditioner worked great in all the rooms with the exception of the rooms with the bunk beds. We just left the door open and used the provided box fan and it helped. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed with a very large dining room table that all of us could gather at. We had a great stay with 5 adults, 2 teens, and 3 children with plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

We had a wonderful extended stay at this listing. The hosts were very nice, always helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay over the winter. Any small glitches we had were easily resolved. We have no complaints and recommend this to anyone coming to visit, or travel nurses coming to work at the hospital, as we were. The location is a short walk to the hospital and nearby walking trails, restaurants, and the pop-up coffee shop that came to town while we were there! Thanks for everything :)
