Smoking friendly vacation rentals in East Flanders

Bonjour, Le logement était tout simplement parfait, nous ne manquions de rien. J’ai été agréablement surpris par le sens du détail de notre hôte, qui a vraiment su créer une atmosphère soignée. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la propreté impeccable ainsi que l’ambiance du lieu : à la fois simple, épurée, mais avec une vraie personnalité. On s’y sentait bien ! Merci encore 🙏🏼

Bram is a friendly and helpful host with a great sense of humor. His apartment was the perfect place to explore Gent from and had a post-industrial and artistic touch through 80s film decor and eccentricities that made this fellow creative feel right at home. Would stage my next visit from there again.

We hebben genoten! Heel fijn appartement in een rustig straatje, maar aan de voet van de Sint Michielsbrug. Dus je loopt zo het centrum in. Maar slaapt rustig ‘s nachts. Alles in het appartement voldeed naar wens. Gent is een erg leuke stad voor een stedentrip.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Séverine et son compagnon. Ils se sont montrés disponibles, serviable et agréable. Nous avons appréciés notre séjour et nous pensons peut être revenir pour une prochaine année !

The apartment was great, very spacious, warm and clean, with a private yard. It’s located really close to the metro and it takes only 10-15 minutes to get to the city center. The communication with Zack went smoothly, he was very friendly and we overall highly recommend this apartment for a trip to Brussels 😊

The entire apartment was spacious and beautifully decorated with artworks and ornaments, making it a pleasure to stay in. The host was friendly and responded promptly to our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped, which was very convenient. We had a very comfortable three-night stay here.

Nothing bad to say, it was a great stay! Big appartement with a garden, one to two parking spots, barbecue available and a lot of stuff in the kitchen. If you need something you can already bet they have it available, the host were very nice and welcoming. They were proactive and flexible too. Thank you for the stay

Appartement très propre et bien aménagé. Gultena a su être réactive et professionnelle tout au long du séjour. Petit bémol au niveau de l’isolation de l’appartement (le voisinage assez bruyant à toute heure). À part ça, je recommande !

Stayed here before so knew all about the accommodation and location. Plenty of bedding if you need to split the beds on the first floor. Wim is happy to help with any queries you might have. Cafe Conge just round the corner is a excellent cafe, good food menu too.

We had a wonderful short break in the Horebeke windmill - such a unique experience. We were travelling in a group, arriving and departing by bike and undertaking the Flandrien Challenge cycle route whilst there. Horebeke is just off this route and really convinient as a base for doing it over two or three days. The windmill is beautiful historic building, the kitchen and bathroom are in a modern annexe with the living room and bedroom in the main mill - although the sails are no longer in place all the mechanism is still in place and visible. Not often you get to stay in such a special building, we felt truly lucky to be able to experience it. There's a good pub/restaurant that does Flemish specialties (beer and food) just a few hundred metre walk away too, handy after a long day in the saddle.

Eric's place is wonderful. The location is fantastic in the Flemish countryside, many walks in the area and easily accessible. The house itself is absolutely unique. Eric's love of books and art can't be missed and there were small touches of humor here and there (the sinks...). Eric was responsive and very kind when we met him in person. I'll certainly look to book it again next year.

Alles prima, einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Elektrik in Bezug auf Licht und Verdunkelungsrollos teilweise nicht optimal funktioniert hat. Jeroen hat sich aber sofort darum gekümmert. Er ist immer erreichbar, das war super. Jeroen ist ein 5* Gastgeber!

Excellent accueil. Mes deux enfants et moi avons apprécié notre séjour. Valentin et sa famille sont plein d’attention. Le logement est à 15 minutes de la gare et 25 minutes du centre et le trajet est très simple.

Amine est très amical et accueillant. Loger chez lui a été un plaisir. Le logement est dans un environnement très paisible et aussi bien desservi par le bus et le tram. La gare de Midi est à 30min à pied. Je recommande !

Alojamiento espacioso con buena iluminación y útiles completo en cocina y baño (lavavajillas con sus pastillas para lavado, secador de pelo, champú y gel,....). El baño está fuera del apartamento, entre plantas, pero es de uso privado. Estuvimos en la tercera planta sin ascensor (sin problema para nosotros pero para personas mayores quizá sí). En general todo muy bien y las personas muy amables.

Appartement super agréable, spacieux, neuf avec du charme ! Emplacement plus que parfait pour visiter la ville et hôte super réactif et proactif ! Y aller les yeux fermés !
