A lovely apartment with many perks for both solo travelers and groups - the outdoor space was nice in mild weather (though could have been cleaner), the cinema setup was lovely for a night in and the beds were comfortable. Said included many extra small touches that made our stay even more comfortable, like high-end appliances and snacks/water bottles.

I had a great time at Karien’s place. It’s a cozy and lovely apartment. Super comfortable and fully equipped. Its location is perfect, near restaurants, supermarkets and historical areas. I highly recommend stay at Heaven@11. Karien has been a great hostess, always willing to help.

Wim is a great host. Everything was as described. House had three stories. Steps to second and third floors are rather steep so house might not be suitable for older people. We were very happy with the place.

We had a wonderful short break in the Horebeke windmill - such a unique experience. We were travelling in a group, arriving and departing by bike and undertaking the Flandrien Challenge cycle route whilst there. Horebeke is just off this route and really convinient as a base for doing it over two or three days. The windmill is beautiful historic building, the kitchen and bathroom are in a modern annexe with the living room and bedroom in the main mill - although the sails are no longer in place all the mechanism is still in place and visible. Not often you get to stay in such a special building, we felt truly lucky to be able to experience it. There's a good pub/restaurant that does Flemish specialties (beer and food) just a few hundred metre walk away too, handy after a long day in the saddle.

We had a lovely stay at Lee's place! The house was beautiful and clean, in a calm neighborhood of Ghent, but easily connected to the city center. I highly recommend this place!

Eric's place is wonderful. The location is fantastic in the Flemish countryside, many walks in the area and easily accessible. The house itself is absolutely unique. Eric's love of books and art can't be missed and there were small touches of humor here and there (the sinks...). Eric was responsive and very kind when we met him in person. I'll certainly look to book it again next year.

Alles prima, einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Elektrik in Bezug auf Licht und Verdunkelungsrollos teilweise nicht optimal funktioniert hat. Jeroen hat sich aber sofort darum gekümmert. Er ist immer erreichbar, das war super. Jeroen ist ein 5* Gastgeber!

We waren als unified zeil team uitgenodigd om mee te doen aan kampioenschappen in Antwerpen. Zochten een rustig huis als uitvalsbasis en dit huis bood zeker de nodige rust. Host reageerde zeer vriendelijk, snel en meedenkend

Prachtig huis. Perfect om enkele dagen of veel langer te verblijven en te genieten van alle rust in het huis en de volledige omgeving. Het huis is magnifiek ingericht, zeer net, goed georganiseerd en voorzien van alles waar je maar kan aan denken. Ideaal om prachtige avonden te beleven in alle rust en met alle comfort. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen die wil genieten van de Vlaamse Ardennen en die tot alle rust wil komen. Jammer dat het huis niet te koop staat...

Nous étions 4 et nous étions très étonné que l’appartement soit aussi propre et espacieux. Nous avons passer un très bon week-end ce que nous avons apprécié le plus c'est que toutes et a proximité. Je recommande fortement.

Badge’s apartment was even better than the photos make it look! He was a very responsive host and our communication was always quick and friendly. The apartment was clean, has lots of space, a great bathtub, and lots of natural light. The location is easy to get to from Brussel-Noord and also worked well for traveling with the Metro into the downtown for sightseeing. We also enjoyed the park nearby and the Gare Maretime is quite a sight!

Comfort appartment, we have all necessary for us. Hospitality owners. The metro and bus stop are near, South train station near 10-15 minutes, supermarket in 5 minutes. Good place for stay.

Bernard is a very nice person. He provided clear instructions how to reach his house. He also shares surrounding attraction and restaurant with us. He also gave safety guidance to us where we should not go at night. The location is also great as is walking distance to all famous attraction and cafe.

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad! Het appartement is echt super mooi ingericht met oog voor detail. Alles was kraaknet en heel verzorgd. Vanaf het eerste contact voelden we ons heel welkom: de communicatie met de host verliep vlot, vriendelijk en persoonlijk. De locatie is prachtig, ideaal om te wandelen en te fietsen in de rustige, natuurlijke omgeving. Je voelt echt dat er moeite is gedaan om gasten zich thuis te laten voelen. Een echte aanrader, wij komen graag nog eens terug!

Appartement facile d'accès à pied, proche du centre ville. Quartier calme et paisible, au bord d'une rivière. Appartement avec terrasse, idéal pour deux personnes. Propre avec tout le nécessaire. Cependant, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas le deuxième jour. Hôte réactif aux questions.
