Kid-friendly vacation rentals in East Flanders

Andre did an incredible job of hosting me while I was on a short-term work assignment. He was always responsive, made me feel like I had someone to reach out to during my stay and kept me well informed! Thank you for the beautiful stay, I look forward to staying again if I come back!

Logement idéal pour un groupe de 8 personnes. Propre et bien équipé en intérieur comme en extérieur.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in het huis van Anne. De leefruimte en slaapkamers zijn ruim en hebben een aangename lichtinval. Het huis is goed uitgerust en de tuin is een fijne meerwaarde (inclusief grote tuintafel). Er kunnen gemakkelijk meerdere auto's geparkeerd worden op het domein. Het contact met Anne was heel eenvoudig; ze is proactief in het communiceren van hoe we binnen konden komen en reageerde steeds heel snel. De locatie is ook prachtig, je kan gewoon de straat uitstappen en je bent in het bos. Een aanrader!

Een mooie rustige accomodaties met een heerlijke tuin, het was lekker weer dus daar hebben we zeker van genoten! Er is maar 1 slaapkamer, dus met 5 dames op een kamer slapen was gezellig! Alles wat je nodig hebt voor een gemakkelijk verblijf is aanwezig in de accommodatie en het is goed schoon. Ik zal het zeker aanraden als je niet in de stad Gent wilt zitten, maar net er buiten.

Marc & Martine's place is among my all-time favorite Airbnb stays! They clearly understand the needs of the tourist market in the area (cycling enthusiasts) and have ensured the place has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky-clean and lovely. The kitchen and main living were likewise clean, well maintained, easy to use and equipped with all tools etc needed for at home cooking. Extra amenities like bike washing and storage, and laundry facilities were very useful too. Martine met us personally at check in and was lovely. All in all an 11/10 stay.

We looooved the place! Perfect for a Weekend get a way or a bit longer! Stijn and his wife were super nice and very polite. The place looked beautiful. Lots of love went into creating a house that makes you feel at home very easily! Definitely gonna come back!

Huisje 10 op 10 Een zalige hideaway tussen de velden van Waterland-Oudeman, waar de stilte zachtjes fluistert en je vanzelf vertraagt. Tot in de puntjes opgeknapt, met oog voor elk detail, een hart vol rust en handen die precies weten hoe je magie maakt. Zonsondergangen om stil van te worden, wandelingen langs de grens van België en Nederland, bloesems die vrolijk mee wuiven in de wind. Het enige minpunt :-) ? We hadden maar twee dagen geboekt. Veel te kort. Volgende keer boeken we gewoon een hele week. Dikke merci Fien, voor je warme welkom, de leuke wegwijzers en dit heerlijke plekje. We zijn fan van nummer 10. Tot snel! 🌾✨

A very well equipped and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was a highlight and definitely recommended for those who like to cook. We had a great time and would happily stay again in the future!

Spacious, clean and comfortable. It had all my family of 4 needed as a base for our stay in Belgium. Location was really central, main sites in Gent are within walking distance and very close to tram stop to get to Gent-Sint-Pieters. Check in/out was really easy, Chantal was quick to respond on the app. Due to its location it can get quite lively at night so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Would recommend.

el apartamento estaba en una zona tranquila y super cerca de la estación de tren. fácil acceso para ir a brujas , gante ... un gran ventanal que da mucha luz al salon. la cocina con todo lo necesario la comunicación con Adinda fue fácil y fluida. muy buena anfitriona

Le logement est très propre. Une agréable surprise. La propriétaire a laissé les consommables pour l’hygiène et le café, j’ai apprécié cela. Ce qui m’a beaucoup plu est le fait que Bouchra est très très réactive par message et ce peu importe l’heure. Elle n’hésite à aider et trouver une solution. Pour finir une très belle expérience même si c’est un peu compliqué de trouvé une place pour se garer le confort du logement fera passé outre. Je repasserai sûrement dans ce logement si je reviens pour visiter Bruxelles :)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Vigan se déplace pour le check in. Il est très gentil et a fait le tour de l’appartement avec nous. Le logement est spacieux et calme. Il se situe à seulement 25 minutes à pied du centre ville. Sinon le tramway est juste à côté. Quelques restaurants dans le quartier et une grande surface juste à côté. Parking gratuit à 10 minutes de marche. Je recommande ce logement qui permet d’être au calme mais en même temps de visiter la ville à pied.

Logement propre et parfaitement équipé pour un séjour serein. Très pratique car proche des commerces et de l’entrée des voies express.

The apartment is beautiful, comfortable, and super clean, and Bart was a very friendly and helpful host. The historic building, unique architecture, and view of the cathedral from all the windows make this place so unique and special, and it was a highlight of our trip. The location is perfect and easily walkable to everything in Ghent, with easy access to trams, etc. This is a very busy area in the center of town, and you can hear just a bit of noise from the street at night (especially on weekends), but it was not an issue for us. The beds were all very comfortable. Note that there is 1 bathroom with sink/shower/toilet, and also a second bathroom with just a toilet/sink (very convenient for larger groups). We also appreciated having the washer and dryer right in unit. The building has an elevator, so you don't have to carry luggage up lots of stairs, which was also very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Ghent!

Un beau séjour à Gand où nous avons logé deux nuits à deux couples chez David et Peter. L'appartement est grand et bien agencé. La déco est agréable et la petite terrasse également. Le quartier est super, calme et apaisant. Toutes les commodités sont à proximité : gare routière, tram, bus, supermarché, café. La communication est parfaite avec les hôtes. Entrée dans l'appart avec musique et lumières d'ambiance. Nous avons apprécié cette attention. Nous recommandons vivement cette location. Bon séjour aux prochains locataires.

Die Unterkunft war super sauber, das Bett war sehr bequem und das Badezimmer war gut ausgestattet. Uns hat auch die große bettdecke gefallen :) Leider hat bei uns die Belüftung im Bad nicht funktioniert ( vielleicht haben wir den Schalter falsch betätigt). Die kommunikation mit dem Host war perfekt, sehr nette Empfehlungen und schnelle antworten. Der check in & check out hat reibungslos geklappt, ausserdem war der Parkplatz für uns goldwert für die reise ! Direkt vor der haustür befand sich der parkplatz. Zu fuss benötigt man in die stadt schon 15-20 minuten, was aber nicht wirklich schlimm ist ( wir spazieren gerne ). Die bars sind fast alle ab 20 min zu erreichen. Wir haben desöfteren die Tram genutzt, es war gut dass die haltestelle direkt um die ecke des Airbnb war. Wir haben die küche nicht zum kochen benutzt, weswegen wir dies nicht bewerten können aber der kleine kühlschrank war toll für getränke. Generell hatte die unterkunft alles wichtige (Duschgel, föhn etc.) gerne wieder🥰

Super verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Hele fijne communicatie met Anne-Marie en doet er alles aan om je een fijn verblijft te maken. De biertjes lagen bij aankomst koud en er waren al genoeg snacks aanwezig. De locatie is super. Alles op loopafstand te doen. Top weekend gehad!

Mükemmel dizayn edilmiş bir ev, sakin bir sokak ve nehir kenarına 2 dakika yürüme mesafesinde, muhit olarak çok güzel.
