This highly upgraded 1400 sqft unit, is 8-min walk to beach/restaurants. 2-master suites, A/C, full kitchen, pivate double garage/patio , 4-bch bikes/chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards. . Height chair, pack/play on request. Queen bed in one master, and two queens in the second. This is the top floor of a duplex, and I try to keep a peaceful environment, so please do not book if your group is on the loud side.

This place worked well for us! However, if you are looking for beach access and/or ocean views - this is not the place. Since this place is located east of I-5, you are miles from the beach. And this place offers privacy, but absolutely no ocean views. It wasn't a deal-breaker for us but it may be for you.

We had a great stay! We were driving up from Santa Ana with our toddler and was able to check in a little earlier which helped us out a lot. The Airbnb was in a great location and we were able to walk to get coffee and go to beach easily. On the last day, we were in a scramble to find our misplaced car keys around check out time and we reached out to see if we could check out a little later to give us time to find it. Chris was super accommodating and called me right away and let us extend check out for another hour to find the keys. Overall, it was a great stay and we highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay here! The proximity to the ocean and boardwalk was nice and close, making it easy to walk around. The place was nice and clean, and the outdoor private patio was great to have! Travis was such a personable host, going above and beyond with making it feel like home and is super responsive! Lastly, as other guests have noted, the shower is wonderful! 🙂 Would definitely recommend!

Great location close to the water and walking distance to restaurants and lots to do. The parking was very convenient which I appreciated. The furniture was comfortable and the linens were clean. Lots of chairs and beach toys available for use as well. The hosts were friendly and quick to respond when I had a question. I had a great stay and would definitely stay again.

Title: Great Value, but be Prepared for Noise I recently stayed at this Airbnb and had an overall positive experience. The location was fantastic—easy to find, and it was conveniently close to local attractions and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly, making the check-in process smooth. The space itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Considering the price compared to other options in the area, I felt it was a great value. However, one thing to note is that the property is in the flight path for San Diego airport. While this wasn’t an issue once I fell asleep, the noise from the planes, neighbors, and outdoor sounds made it a bit challenging to get to sleep on the first few nights. The walls seemed a bit thin, so I could hear quite a bit of outside noise. Overall, I'd recommend staying here, but be prepared for the noise—especially if you're a light sleeper. This place is wonderful, we had a great time, so cozy, clean perfect place to spend time with family and to admired the beauty of the ocean, watching the dolphins from the window is priceless, we enjoyed every minute of it, I can't express with words how stunning the view is, i felt right at home, this place has everything you need, for sure I will rent this place again, we came to celebrate my daughter's birthday and she even cry when we got there, so nice, thank you so much for letting people rent this place, is unique! My friend and I (and our 2 doggos) needed a place to stay at the last minute given the LA fires and concerns for our safety. I can’t tell you how lucky we were to find Meiluen’s place - even extenuating circumstances aside, this property is an absolute gem in an amazing area that is wonderfully walkable and safe. Not only was it exactly as advertised, but it was also easy to find and remarkably clean and comfortable, made that much more so with all the thoughtful detail put into the stay. As a host, Meiluen was flexible, communicative, proactive and kind and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She really helped us out during a difficult time and made an evacuation feel more like a staycation. I’d recommend this listing to anyone looking for a beautiful introduction to Ocean Beach and I can guarantee you won’t want to leave. Thank you!!
