Monthly Rentals in East Compton

We stayed 5 weeks and absolutely loved our time here. The location is perfect for us as we have family in the area but also for walking/cycling and access to Bristol and Bath. Jackie and Ian are the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble. They live on site with their beautiful family but very much give you space and privacy. The apartment is modern and clean and accommodates 2 people comfortably. We would recommend this apartment in a heartbeat and can’t wait to go back in the future. Thank you both so much.

What a fantastic place in fantastic peaceful surroundings. We loved our morning coffee sat out in the conservatory! William’s place is lovely and spacious with good quality bedding! Unfortunately, we were unable to watch anything on Amazon Prime due to the WiFi but there were many of us using the WiFi, so we made use of the board games provided! Excellent location for a 30 minute drive to Longleat!

We had a lovely stay in the Cider Barn at Bourn Farm. We were 4 adults and 3 children, looking for a peaceful place to relax together, with some countryside to explore and this holiday house suited us very well. I'm not fussy or the sort to inspect for faults, but everything seemed to me to be clean and of a good standard. The beds were comfortable with nice bedding; the living room was very large, with two sofas, chairs and small tables, a piano and a smart TV; the kitchen was well equipped (though not with as many utensils as at home) and was supplied with things like cooking oil, salt, teabags, sugar, dried herbs, UHT milk, cling film and cooking foil. I had a few questions before we went and Holly responded quickly and helpfully to my messages. I would absolutely consider staying here again. The only thing to add which isn't clear from the listing, is that this is one of a number of holiday homes on the farm and has only a small fenced garden, but lots of open space around.
