Stayed on a Sat as going to a gig in Scarborough, there is a bus stop right outside that goes right past the venue so was perfect. Beautiful accommodation and location, lots of lovely little touches line soap in shower, tea/ coffee, milk and event some lovely biscuits. Will absolutely stay again and highly recommend! I loved my stay in Scarborough and at Daniel's place. Daniel's house is lovely, very clean and just few minutes driving from the best restaurants and town attractions. Additionally you can just walk to do some shopping as shopping centre nearby and also 24 hrs corner shop nearby. There is also park & ride parking near and bus stops down the road which was very handy when we went out for few drinks. The place is beautifully decorated, complately furnished with everything you need in there. I didn't see the host as he offers self check in and it was very private with my own exit and entrance which is a bonus ! I felt like in my own apartament. Totally recommend it to others.

We have just returned from a lovely few days here. The place was pristine, modern and cosy. Beautiful surroundings. Catherine was an excellent host, nothing was too much trouble and we even got to visit the many piglets on the farm ☺️ very enjoyable stay, thank you Catherine for being so welcoming. We were recommending the place to our family as soon as we got back home!

Our stay was fantastic. The cabin was spotless, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked with biscuits and wine, making us feel right at home. Its magical atmosphere made the trip truly special. As parents of an autistic child, we valued the privacy and space, which allowed our child to play freely in a calm, welcoming environment—something we rarely experience on holiday. We also enjoyed seeing a deer with her fawns, along with various birds and hares. Everything was perfect. Tommy was amazing perfect host caring for our every need. Our Son is VERY fussy about food but there was even a small freezer to store the foods he will eat this was so helpful for us as most places don’t have a freezer. We give it a 10/10 and highly recommend for a peaceful, memorable escape. Thanks Tommy and your team amazing stay we look forward to coming back soon again. Claire, Andrew and J.

A Perfect Family Retreat at Lavender Cottage. Our stay at Lavender Cottage was lush. This beautifully quirky cottage provided the perfect blend of comfort, character, and convenience. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the warm ambiance and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The cottage itself is impeccably maintained, offering a fully equipped kitchen . The spacious lounge, complete with a cozy sofas, was ideal for unwinding after a day out. The bedrooms were a haven of tranquility, with luxurious linens and ample storage space, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The location was perfect for our family, with easy access to Scarborough’s beautiful beaches and Olivers Mount for the cycle festival. Lavender Cottage truly exceeded our expectations. Excellent place to stay in Scarborough. Great location, only 5 minutes from the beach. The house was lovely and the beds were so comfy. Caroline and Jon were great hosts and were very prompt in replying to any queries. Would highly recommend, and would stay again.
