The cottage is in a beautiful quiet location., very peaceful. The kitchen is very clean and well equipped. The cottage is just as described in the listing. There are shops a short drive away and only a 20 mins drive to Chichester. The cathedral is definitely worth a visit. Also recommend a visit to Goat coffee at Bracklesham Bay. very good coffee and friendly staff.

We had a very lovely stay over bank holiday weekend. The studio was very comfortable, especially the bed. Great big window letting in the views. We loved the walk to the beach via Medmerry RSPB reserve, as did our dogs, even on a drizzly and blustery day. Very warm and friendly welcome by the hosts, and gorgeous resident dog

Second year in a row we stayed at Paul’s Annexe. Again was everything we expected it to be. Clean, spacious, all the mod-cons. Including a priceless view on the countryside. After a long journey its very rewarding when you arrive there in these tranquil surroundings and enjoy a drink on the private patio in the sunshine. Practical plus for us, only a 15 to 20 minutes drive to Goodwood Motorcircuit!
