We had a great stay at the Treetops Studio. Alison was the perfect host - super friendly and went above and beyond. The place was very cosy and spotlessly clean. The location is fantastic with lots to do in the area. We had everything we needed and were pleasantly surprised at the complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge. I would highly recommend! Sian was a fabulous host, the cottage was beautiful and my kids loved it. It was cosy, beautiful views, lovely English countryside and Sian helped a very jet lagged family from Australia get settled in. We would definitely visit here again.

We had 4 adults, a 1 yr old and a 2 yr old at this location and it was great for the week we stayed with our family. There was plenty of space, it was clean with a nice open first floor, and the hosts were responsive whenever we had questions. Instructions were clear and helpful. Overall we had a lovely time and recommend this rental. Thank you!

Everything about our stay was perfect! From the croissants left for breakfast to the private jacuzzi. If you want a private, peaceful getaway but with a 5 star feel then this is the place for you!

Adam was the perfect host, going the extra yard to make me feel at home: beers in the fridge, eggs, bacon, bread and orange juice too. His instructions were clear and helpful and his modern house felt homely and relaxing from the moment I entered - super convenient too for working at Royal Ascot which was only a 15 minute drive away. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will hopefully return. Our hosts were a delight and exceptionally helpful and friendly.. The location is amazing. We were watching red kites in flight and even heard a cuckoo. Lots of walking trails nearby too. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Amazing find, peaceful, immaculately clean and beautifully presented. Parking for 3 cars and all facilities needed. Beautiful woodland walks nearby and of course Highclere. Loved it, will book again.

Lovely studio walking distance to river, coffee shops, local supermarkets. Lovely green to sit and have a drink. Station within 5 minutes walk to London or Windsor (which is 5 minutes on train) easier than parking. 15 minutes to Heathrow. Immaculate and clean

Katie’s apartment was stunning! Extremely clean and tastefully renovated. The bed was amazing and loved the luxury of a small tv at the foot of the bed. There is nothing I could fault about this accommodation and would not hesitate to recommend it to everyone. You won’t be disappointed.

Frank was the best host I’ve had so far on AirBnB, he was fast to communicate despite the large time difference from the other side of the world. The Studio was perfect and exactly what I needed for my stay in Maidenhead, would highly recommend to anyone wanting a nice, private and cosy space away from the main streets.

Debbie was a great host from start to finish, super friendly and down to earth. The accommodation was great also, it had everything we needed and as described. We came to ride the local MTB trails and the location was perfect for it as well the accommodation. If your hiking you can do it straight from the accommodation to the local spots. Definitely would come back in the near future.

What a fabulous apartment. Unfortunately we only stayed one night but will definitely return for a longer stay. We’ve been to Marlow several times and this was a perfect base for walking into Marlow to its great eateries and shops. Great communication from Max and Carrie-Anne. Would definitely recommend.

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this lovely Airbnb in Windsor! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable family trip. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just minutes away from Windsor Castle and other local attractions. Our host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing clear instructions and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and we especially appreciated the extra amenities for kids. This stay truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting Windsor and would definitely stay here again!

Joanne’s place was truly outstanding. Relocating from Australia to the UK was a big transition, and staying here made it feel effortless. The location is ideal. Just a short walk to the train station for easy trips into London, and the neighbourhood felt completely safe, even when walking home at night. The home itself is beautifully designed and incredibly cosy. The shower had excellent water pressure, the kitchen was a joy to cook in, and the afternoon sun pouring through the patio doors was such a highlight. Enjoying a quiet morning coffee out on the patio was a lovely ritual that made it feel like home. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, and the space was perfect for working from home. Joanne was a dream host. Warm, responsive, and genuinely kind. I couldn’t have asked for a better start to my UK chapter. Highly, highly recommend.

The whole apartment was very comfortable. It is in the centre of Oxford, over a pub. However, the windows kept out the noise. Walkable to everything or local taxis when required. All good.

Dawn was very welcoming and made our stay very enjoyable. I particularly liked the milk in the fridge which meant we could have a cup of tea as soon as we arrived!
