We had a fabulous stay at Helen’s apartment. She was a wonderful host, very responsive, apartment was spotless clean and very comfortable: great facilities and modern, walking distance from Sainsbury’s and we had a lovely meal in Dog and Beck would highly recommend staying here

Matthew is an incredibly lovely and responsive host! He made sure we had all the information we needed well in advance of our arrival. We really appreciated the thoughtful, handwritten note we found upon arrival - a very sweet touch! The house itself was super clean and cozy, with beautiful interiors. We loved all the little details, especially the most comfortable couch and lovely attic! It was also incredibly well-equipped, with coffee, tea, milk, and all the utensils you could need to cook a proper meal. On our way out, we had the pleasure of meeting Matthew's lovely mother and sweet little niece ,who were so warm and welcoming, and even gifted us some freshly baked cookies – a memory we'll cherish! The location is perfect too, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, but still very close to big supermarkets and the Perith Square. Thank you so very much, Matthew 💜

Perfect - clean and tidy house. Everything we needed.

Lilac Barn was such a super cottage for our stay. Welcome pack to make us feel right at home, especially fresh full milk, granary loaf and those cakes!!!! Amazing. The place was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay, spacious and stylish.Lots to see and do in the area, especially Lowther Castle and gardens, Penrith just 10-15 minutes drive, Larch Cottage with it's lovely restaurant and Ullswater!!!
