Monthly Rentals in Eads Mill

Robert is a great host, extremely friendly and responsive to all our questions! It was snowing when we visiting, and the road the cabin is on was plowed making it easily accessible. Temperatures were in the single digits at nice, but the place is well insulated and stayed cozy.

Absolutely loved our stay !! Had a little hiccup upon arrival however David went above and beyond to make up for that! The cottage was even better than the pictures. The fenced in porch & yard were so convenient for our fur baby. The location was perfect, right across from the park. A/C worked perfectly and allowed us to remain worry free about our fur baby while attending a family event at the park. We will be back in the future ! Can’t recommend enough ! ☺️

This home was beautiful and a great place to stay while exploring New River Gorge NP! One note for families - the upper level rooms are not enclosed by a ceiling, there is a gap between the top of the walls and the dome. We had two families with 5 little kids and we were a little stumped about what to do with all the kids. At various ages, 3 of the kids could stay in the bunk room but we needed separate spaces for the babies to go so that all the kids could get a good night sleep. We found that having one baby sleep in the downstairs bedroom with their parents and one baby sleeping in the laundry room worked for us, but this is something to keep in mind for multiple families staying here!
