Stunning, unique house in a lovely, tranquil setting. Gorgeous pool. My kids enjoyed playing in the sand with the beach toys and saying hello to the beach dogs who occasionally stopped by. We loved drinking our coffee on the patio, watching the birds over the gulf in the early morning. The water is fairly calm, with sandy bottom so good for swimming and playing in gentle waves. And you have the beach totally to yourself. The water visibility is poor because of wind/ currents/ boats etc. (so no point in snorkel or goggles). There are two sea kayaks, which are lovely. Quite a bit of seaweed piles up at the tide line (might be a seasonal thing), which is harmless but makes the shoreline slightly less picturesque (if that matters to you). The playa viva restaurant in Telchac Puerto is terrific— get the fish tacos and the ceviche. All in all, a terrific stay at the house— I only we were there longer. We hope to come back!!

All good, quiet area and the perfect house to have a good time, rest. Nearby there are tendejones in case you need anything unexpected, just a few minutes from downtown by car.

Santiago is an amazing host and the place is an amazing value! Sami is VERY responsive and proactive about everything. He will make sure you feel at home and exceeded my expectations. I am a digital nomad/work online and despite the occasional electricity interruptions, was able to get my work done including streaming. Outdoor areas are shared but you have your own private indoor space, A/C, wifi, kitchen and beautiful scenery all around you. The house is secluded but very easy to get to with public transportation, which I appreciated. Listen to what Sami says on how to get here and you won't have a problem. I loved having beaches and coconut trees all around. Sami was great to have close by as well - he kept to himself unless I wanted to chat or had any questions/comments. I hope to be back and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a getaway from the busy city 🙌

Our host was very friendly and all check-in instructions were clear and on time. The beach is super quiet, the sunrise and sunset amazing. The clean and tidy apartment.
