The apartment is located in the lively district of Flingern. In the vicinity there are a large number of cafes, restaurants and small stores. The nearest tram stop is about 150 meters away. We belong to the city center and therefore the resident parking regulations apply to us. If you are traveling by car, we will be happy to show you how and where to park.

The apartment is in a house from 1907. The landlords live in the house themselves. We live on a street with mostly single family houses. There are parking spaces on the street for those arriving by car. Public transport can be reached in the immediate vicinity.

The surrounding major cities such as Cologne, Düsseldorf and Essen can thus be reached in no time. It was completely renovated and newly furnished in 2021. You can relax here and still quickly be in the city.
