Monthly Rentals in Durrus

We had a great stay over the Easter weekend at Taschi's place. The holiday home is in a peaceful spot with lovely surroundings, is very clean and has great amenities, and is close to Durrus and Bantry for day trips. It was also a great spot to check out Sheep's Head. We especially liked the conservatory as it was warm and bright even on the rainy afternoons. Taschi was a very friendly and welcoming host, and we would recommend her holiday home to anyone.

A gem in an oasis of calm... and that's just the host! This is a rare-find Airbnb, a great location, an extremely well thought-out apartment, comfortable and spotlessly clean, with an absolute gent for a host. Stefan was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, yet always respected our peace and quiet too and, yes, as others have said, he had indeed baked a lovely pear and almond cake to settle us in! His care for his guests' enjoyment is really genuine and heartwarming, and nothing is too much trouble, and he quietly went about helping us, on a few occasions, with no fuss. One lovely aspect of the place is that Stefan provides several different places where guests can sit out to enjoy the sun and the view at different times of the day. This is now one of our most favourite Airbnbs - highly recommended. Oh, and the restaurant Cent' Anni in the nearby Durrus village is an absolute must for exquisite pizzas - honestly!

If you want a lovely peaceful place to stay in west Cork, this is the place you need, a restful beautiful place , we had a great time , will defineitley comeback if we can stay again someday if we had visitors abroad . Its a great family get away for a weekend holidays or break from a busy work . Or if you have friends abroad to visit as the house can accomodate 7 persons, the house is likely new and comfortable to rest. The host Josephine and Ger is lovely, they are very helpful and always very responsive to help and anything you meed. We highly recommend this place to stay in west cork.

We spent 4 lovely nights at Niamhs place. The house is really well equipped, sitting room has plenty of books and games to keep everyone occupied, while the kitchen has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Niamh was really accommodating with a request we had prior to our arrival, which we really appreciated and very responsive to a few queries we had during our stay. The house is only a few mins walk to the village, which has a lovely pizzeria and great fish and chips in O'Súilleabháin Bar (just to note O'Súilleabháins only serves food at weekends for the winter months).
