Modern style freshly renovated but not a new condo complex so keep that in mind, few clothes will be in the home also fridge might have freshly used items(had bad reviews for left and for not), stove is glass top and few guests have used wrong cleaning supplies and left few permanent marks/streaks on it(it’s not dirty what some guests will assume) also it’s a lot of pollen in the air around N.C. this time of year (April, May) so everything is clean just pollen/dust might be around window seals.

Stunning Loft! Completely renovated -spacious loft in a quiet/safe neighborhood. Enjoy our huge eat-in kitchen with a 9 ft quartz counter top island, new oven, and shaker cabinets . Beautiful floors. Custom butcher block style office desk. Gather and watch movies on our 50" smart TV. Enjoy a King sized bed with a walk-in closet. The large master bath has a free standing tub, tile shower and tile floors. Note: The space downstairs is not included. You are welcome to rent that space as well.

New renovated ranch home, 0.47 Acre lot. New AC system, washer dryer, water heater, bathrooms, appliances, new insulation for all space, painting, flooring, new beds, heating toilets seats, Drinking Filtration System, large yard, near to Duke, UNC, RTP. Safe community. Every piece of this home is cleaned and renovated by myself for my kids to live sometime.
