This is a nice place, with all the amenities. It is quiet, peaceful, and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there and would go back again. Thank you Taylor and Dylan for having us.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The house and surrounding grounds are absolutely stunning; peaceful, well-kept, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the highlights for us was the access to all the water toys. We had so much fun with the kayaks and truly appreciated being able to use the boat lift! Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. It really felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene lakeside retreat. We’re already looking forward to our next trip to Hyco Lake!

We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage in Sanford, NC. The place was impeccably clean, and the view was beautiful. We especially loved watching the turtles, particularly the one with the distinctive shell pattern. The beds were so comfortable that we didn't want to get out of them each morning. Although we couldn't go fishing or canoeing due to the rain, it made our stay even more relaxing. Being off the grid was a refreshing change, and we thoroughly enjoyed our Father's Day weekend with my son and husband. We're looking forward to returning regularly! To sum it up, this is by far one of the nicest homes available that my family has stayed in on Hyco. This is the type of home you would expect to see on HGTV or Magnolia Network. This home does not feel like a rental home but more like a true getaway. The main road cut through a cattle pasture. We were greeted with roaming cows on our way in our out. We enjoyed this. Everyone in the neighborhood was friendly and there on Lake Time. You will spend the majority of your time outside if the weather permits. Between the large dock to enjoy the water, and the fire pit to watch the sunset, there will be little time spent inside if you come to enjoy Hyco. The house was in immaculate condition. It was furnished with everything one would need. Kathryn provided very clear and detailed instructions for the property. She also helped provide additional information for us trailering our boat there. Kathryn was a very gracious host. I hope to stay there in the future. Best Airbnb on Hyco.

I was only in town for a couple days, but the Airbnb was perfect! It was immaculately clean, very comfortable, and I wish I had more time to spend on the hiking trails. If I’m ever back for another class, then I would love to stay at their place again. 1000% worth the price. I love the special touches of the little amenities provided like a spare toothbrush (which I forgot and had to buy one at the airport) make up remover wipes, and snack station. I always appreciate when hosts go above and beyond and it is no doubt that they did as well!

We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back sometime! The home looks just like the pictures and is very well stocked. There were lots of clean towels and every bed had four pillows. The walk to the dock is short but is quite steep with stairs. We didn't encounter anyone during our weekend trip, but it does appear that it may be a shared dock as the path connects to another home. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and cookware. Coffee, cream (shelf stable) and sugar were also provided. The bed was comfy, and the dedicated AC unit for the main bedroom was really nice to have. As this place is right by the lake, you should be prepared for some spiders and bugs. We didn't see anything big inside, but the kayaks had quite a few in and on them. Once we cleaned them up, we really enjoyed going out on the lake for a couple hours.

Exactly as described and easily accessible. Clean and convenient, and the host was very proactive in communicating with us, we would gladly stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at Christine’s Airbnb. The condo truly felt like home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living space was comfortable, and the back patio with lake view was peaceful. We loved walking around the lake and hanging out by the pool. The condo is close to amenities and a very short drive to restaurants, cafes, and breweries in downtown Cary. I highly recommend this Airbnb and hope to stay again.

The house was really nice and comfortable. I loved that it was close to everything including downtown. We had a problem with the door at one point and they went out of their way late at night to come help us and fix it. Overall was really great and I really enjoyed my stay!

Great stay with a rustic experience. Loved hearing the rooster when i arrived and the frogs at night. The Magnolia tree smells amazing. Definitely off thr beaten path and a great get away for fast paced city folks. The studio had some many detailed touches and was very nice!

This place was wonderful! I stayed in unit 2 for 2 nights. Was here for a vacation visiting family. Elizabeth is a wonderful host. Very kind and responsive. The apartment was well stocked and had everything you need plus a few extras! The place was cozy and spacious. Very clean, unique and decorated nicely. I would definitely come back. Highly recommend this place!

Excellent stay! It is always hard to find a convenient and affordable private room +bath, but this stay even had access to kitchen and laundry machines. Everyone was quiet and respectful during our stay. You can hear birds chirping from the trees, there are tons of nature walks and downtown is closeby.

Wonderful. Highly recommended. Especially loved that you set up the fire pit in back so I could easily start a fire. We ate our breakfast by the fire. That was my highlight.

Perfect spot to stay the night before an early flight. clean and bright, just enough room to spread out a bit and have a takeout meal at the table. It was quick and simple to get inside. I wish I'd gotten to stay longer to explore the Greenway. :)

We had a great time at the Cottage! The lake was beautiful to kayak on and the general environment was very relaxing. The host was super kind and great with communication! Will definitely stay again if we come back to the area!

Loved loved the stay. Great for my family including my dogs. Only thing missing was a few sauce pots but I made it work without them just fine. Will definitely be back to spend more time at the boathouse.

What more can I say than it’s my favorite Airbnb!!!! A dog paradise and for people too. Molly is THE BEST host! Can’t wait to come back!

We had a great time paddle boarding the lake and chilling on the screened porch. Went out for drinks to buoys to break up the stay.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the hideaway. It was peaceful, the home was exceptionally clean, and it had everything we could ever need and more! The boathouse was so perfect with optimal shade all day and outstanding fishing, we caught a 21” catfish and many massive bass. There weren’t as many bugs as one would expect being in the woods, but we did love the screened patio and the screened room down on the dock. I would recommend this beautiful home to anyone!

My daughters and my sister and I had a great time visiting John's place for a quick get away! What a peaceful place to stay. The views were great. The lake so lovely to look at and hang out on the doc. The cabin is bigger than the photos make it appeared. The kitchen is new and very well equipped. AC worked great in 100 degree weather too! We were glad we had a nice SUV to drive down to the doc to take our chairs and rafts to the doc due to the slope and one of our family members needing to have some help down to the water. I enjoyed waking up to deer in the field grazing before starting our day. Lovely time and would love to come back next summer too.
