Excellent accommodation and location, a real memorable trip. The restaurant is pretty much 'on-site' and was excellent. One negative - the hob. Seems like a small thing but when you are cooking for 8 and struggling to hold water at the boil it is frustrating. It was so weak. Since it is accommodation for 8, it really ought to be a more powerful hob. Frying bacon took *ages* ! Otherwise amazing, and highly recommended *****

We had a fantastic stay! The space was perfect for two adults and our 2 year-old, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The host was incredibly accommodating and made sure we felt right at home. A special thank you for the thoughtful goodies on arrival, they were much appreciated. I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Calum’s beautiful and peaceful home. The house is full of charm and history, with stunning panoramic views over Dean Village and the iconic Dean Bridge—it really felt like a hidden gem. The location couldn’t be better—tucked away on a quiet street with limited traffic, yet just a short walk from the city’s top attractions and great transport links. It was the perfect balance of central and serene. The home itself is spacious, cozy, and thoughtfully laid out. I loved the cozy sitting room with the wood-burning stove, and the upstairs living room had such a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen and dining area were bright and inviting, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. Calum was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. He made sure everything was perfect for my stay.

We came on a golf trip to St Andrews and this was a perfect spot. Just round the corner from 3 supermarkets so very easy to grab everything we needed and only a 5minute drive/cab into town. The house was spotless and the back yard was a lovely place to chill and have a drink in the evening. If you’re looking for a place to stay while visiting St Andrews I’d thoroughly recommend it.

We booked this two hours before checking in on Easter Sunday. Deyan was so quick in responding, it was incredible, in the circumstances. Caravan is a great space for a family of four, well equipped and furnished and in a good spot that feels quiet given the size of the park. Lots for kids on site and the beach at seton sands is lovely. Would definitely recommend and will be back. Can’t speak highly enough about the communication from Deyan. Excellent experience.

Rachel’s Farm ‘The Cottage’ was exactly as advertised. Perfect for the wife and I to have a last minute romantic weekend away. Booking was so easy, the property was very homely and welcoming and we immediately felt the worries of the world disappearing as we relaxed into the hot-tub listening to the wildlife. Also after a day of exploring the area to be able to slip into that awesome rolltop bath. I’m one of the larger built gentleman, and to have a bath that I can lay in and fit was sublime. You almost had to charge me for the cost of that bath as I was tempted to bring it home with me. 👍and then to climb into that bed. I haven’t slept that well for months..! Honestly, if you are considering staying here, I would 100% recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

The location of the flat is a bit off the city centre, so it’s very peaceful and quiet throughout the whole day. The bus station is literally in front the building, so it’s very easy to commute. The flat was overall tidy and clean, although there was a bit of dirty spot on one of the sofa’s cover. Other than that the rest of flat was very clean.

Beautiful and very spacious appartement with direct access to the beach. We very much enjoyed walking on the beach and exploring the charming region with highlights such as St. Andrews, Crail, St. Monans, Anstruther, Falkland, Dumfernline, which are all close by. Only 1 hour from Edinburgh Airport. Shona is a very attentive and kind host and she provided us impressively quickly with wood, torches, candles and power banks after a power cut in the town, thereby contributing to a romantic evening before the fireplace. We would definitely come back another time.
