Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Dundee

Absolutely amazing house , has everything you need and easy to find everything. There is multiple storage cupboards with a lots of room. Very clean and eye pleasing property with a view of the stacks just outside your window . Not to far from town centre, Dundee law, observatory, Lochee park. We had our four children with us and always found something to do. Would for recommend this property to families and couples alike.

Fantastic stay. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Hot tub was great and the garden was peaceful. Everything was spot on and communication was great! Will be back!

A fantastic house in a lovely peaceful location. We found the communal space excellent. Really spacious and everything was clean and tidy. A very well equipped kitchen. The outside space was great, and the bedrooms were comfy. Lovely bathrooms also. Great communication, we always had a fast response to any messages. And when asked if there was a highchair in the property, they brought a new one round in a matter of hours. Very responsive and helpful. Would recommend, and will hopefully be back to stay again.

This was a lovely apartment, perfect for our family Xmas. Beds were extremely comfortable with generous bedding and furniture throughout. Bathrooms spacious and spotless. Kitchen very well equipped and great TV and wifi. Garry is a very generous, flexible and responsive host who has created wonderful home from home accommodation for his guests. We would highly recommend this place for families. Thank you Garry and happy 2025.

It was a beautiful cozy cottage. Location was excellent and the furnishings in the cottage were top notch! Welcome basket was thoughtful. Perfect for a couple or a family of four. Only suggestion I would give is to provide guests with few basic things (e.g. two bottles of water, some spices, butter/oil).

Lewis was super helpful and the house was great and really well stocked. We loved the garden and it was enclosed and safe for the kids. We had a great time, thank you

Not only will you enjoy this wonderful accommodation, but you are on a street with great entertainment and loads of happy, friendly people to toast and celebrate with you. We made many new friends during our stay. can't wait to go back again.

Looked just like the pictures, great amenities, very comfortable stay. From hairdryer and hair straightener, iron etc. I would definitely stay again!

Lovely place to stay for holiday. Very quiet and fantastic views. Just outside of the door is the river side of Tay. Pleasant walk along the river to all the attractions and restaurants every day always brings me happiness. Inside the apartment is spotless and well equipped. Hostess is very nice and helpful. I will definitely choose this apartment again next time in Dundee.

I’ve booked this place for a long stay (one month) while I was looking for a permanent accommodation in the city and I can surely say it was a great choice. the place is located conveniently close to the city centre (15 minutes on foot) and exactly in front of a bus stop serving line 22. the furniture is fairly new and well maintained, with a comfortable bed, massive smart TV and small but complete kitchen. The host is very friendly and available for any need at all times (I had a small issue with the front door and he had no problem showing up on sunday night immediately after asking him for help). he’s also immediately responsive via chat. all in all, absolutely recommend place for stays of any length, longer ones especially.

We were very happy with this space and would stay again. But just a couple of comments for your awareness. As mentioned in the listing, this is a walkup. The stairs are off-kilter and numerous which presented a problem for our 90 year old mother. (We thought it was 1 flight, not 2). But this was our misunderstanding, not Moira's. As described in the listing, parking can be an issue. Costs are greater than outlined - they are 21 pounds per day and the folks who write parking violations are on the ball. The meter will spit out something that looks like a pass but is actually just a statement that there was a problem. We didn't realize this (again, our mistake) and got two violations very quickly. Violations are 100 pounds each! As stated in the listing, this is a very busy neighborhood and as such is very noisy into the wee hours. But it is a great location for getting to various things to do. We loved Dundee and would happily stay in this flat again.

We stayed here with our toddler and had requested a crib & highchair. It was all assembled and ready for us once we arrived! A beautiful place, great location and great communication with the host! Would definitely stay here again! We had a lovely stay here!!

We spent a few days during Christmas time and I can say that we had a great time, both in Dundee and in Carole's flat, which is located in a nice area of the city, provided with different services such as public parks, bus stops or groceries( Tesco express and Tesco extra are nearby). City centre was just 15 minutes on a bus or 7 minutes by car. The flat was nice and confortable, specially the bedroom, which has a quality king size bed. I highly recommend this place for a family of three.

Spacious flat and very quiet. Flat has everything you need to be comfortable with restaurants , shopping centre and plenty of coffee shops on your doorstep. Great location for the centre and local transport which i used a lot. James responded very quickly to any questions i asked and was extremely helpful. I needed to extend my stay at short notice and this was no problem. Although work currently going on at the front of the building this cannot be heard at all in the flat. I would be happy to recommend. Thank you for a stress free visit.

Craig was very responsive, right from the point of booking even till we left this morning. Well heated space, with availability of kitchen utensils. The apartment is close to some shops and a grocery store. Easy navigation to the city centre (about 20mins walk and 5 mins drive). Good space for a couple or 3 friends to stay when visiting Dundee.

We stayed here for many weeks, it was so nice we extended our stay. Jacqueline was a lovely, helpful and kind host. The property is stunning. Every morning we had breakfast looking out across the River Tay. It is a very short walk to the V and A and all the shops of the city centre. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet and the location peaceful.

Booked for colleagues, the apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped, ideal for the team when working away. Iona was always quick to respond to our questions and requests. We would book again when back in the area.

Warm and welcoming apartment in a great location over looking the park with plenty of free parking. The flat is well equipped and as everything you would need for your stay. The host communicated well before, during and after the booking. Would recommend and would stay again.
