At the Castle - Private Balcony

EmmaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a lovely two night stay here in Broughty Ferry. The check-in instructions were very clear and we really appreciated having an allocated parking space. The flat is in a really convenient location in the centre of Broughty Ferry and is in walking distance of everything you need. The view from the lounge and master bedroom is lovely and is not overlooked, and the building was really quiet too. The flat was really clean and came with the core supplies you would need - toilet roll, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, some coffee pods etc. A slightly later check out time would be appreciated and a few things could be tweaked - the mirror at the dressing table is too high to see in when you use the accompanying stool. A bathroom bin would be appreciated too. There is also only one key provided, which could be tricky if you plan to do separate things. Overall we had a lovely stay and would really recommend.
The exterior features a shared balcony with a turquoise railing leading to a bright blue door marked 10a. A hanging flower basket adds a touch of color, while a white door adjacent to it provides contrast. The setting is framed by sandstone walls, demonstrating an inviting entrance.

1 bedroom flat with easy parking/public transport

LilianaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lovely property, clean, well organised, has everything you need! Bed was comfy, slept great, TV with channels in the living room was a great bonus, could throw something on in the background whilst getting ready to go out. Location is perfect and close enough to the center that you can walk if needed, or get a cheap Uber. Flat is located through a little ginnel up two flights of stairs, took us a second to figure out but was not very difficult😊

The Stables - unique conversion with hot tub!

AdelleRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We really enjoyed our stay at “The Stables”, the pictures are brilliant but the place in person is even better! We booked the accommodation for my best friends hen weekend and it really had the best aesthetic. The layout of the living area and kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms was great. Everything was up to date and clean… apart from (unfortunately) the outside kitchen… it was pretty gross, hadn’t been cleaned and there was empty glass bottle and glasses all over this areas. It was really not great, especially if we had gone ahead with hiring a private chef as this is the area we were going to use… glad we didn’t. The other parts of outside were lovely, hot tub and seating areas etc. On the Saturday we were quite shocked and not very comfortable with hotel staff just wondering in and out of our accommodation to get chairs out of a store in the back?! This really wasn’t acceptable, especially being a group of young ladies in swimwear having drinks outside, apparently they were allowed.

Woodside Apartment

Very pleasant cosy apartment on the hill. it has everything you would need during a short stay.
A view down a gently sloping street lined with parked cars on both sides. Historic buildings with detailed facades are visible on the left. In the distance, water and greenery are seen beyond the street, under a cloudy sky.

Dundee City Flat with garden

SusanRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Very comfortable flat in a convenient location for the sights of Dundee. The flat was immaculately clean and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and equipment which made cooking easy. We were able to walk to the V & A, RSS Discovery and Verdant Works. There was a small supermarket and a variety of local shops and takeaways within a few minutes walk which meant that we were able to park the car on arrival and not use it during our stay. There was a minor problem which Debbie the co-host quickly tried to sort out.

Villa by the Sea; Escape the Ordinary

JohnRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This place is like a 5 star Hotel. Immaculate inside and every bed was given a big thumbs up by the family who all sept well. We had some milk, grapes and a scottish treat waiting for us on arrival and was shown around by the agency who looks after the property. Its was easy and everything was explained in detail. The view across the Tay is to die for and the sun shone for our visit. This house feels like a family home as soon as you walk in yet a fraction of the price for 4 rooms at a hotel. Highly recommend this place and if we come back to Scotland we will be checking this house out to stay. Its a real Gem of a find.
