Vacation rentals with beach access in Dundee

We stayed at Amelia’s Airbnb for 3 nights & wished we never had to leave we enjoyed it so much! The location is perfect. You’re right in the center of St Andrews but on a quieter street which we loved. It really makes a difference when staying at an Airbnb when the host cares about their place, & we instantly realized that with this Airbnb. Amélia provided all the essentials for our stay, plus tea, coffee, champagne and chocolates. After walking all over St Andrew’s each day, we always looked forward to coming back to the Airbnb to warm up and relax. Everything was perfect & we hope to be back again some day! Thank you!!

Great place to stay for visiting St Andrews. Situated in the perfect location and peaceful despite being on one of the 3 main streets. The flat was very clean and had all the things you need for a stay.

Had a great stay here. Very central for walking everywhere. Parking was easy to find on the street in the evenings. During the day it was busier but could park in Queens Terrace if needed.

Another great stay! Margarita is a brilliant host who responds so quickly and is very friendly. Clear instructions lead to a brilliant quick check in experience. The apartment is just so clean with everything you could want for your stay. Its an amazing location so close to the sea and the cliffs and the town is easy walking distance. Nothing bad to stay and hope to return soon!

Perfect flat to stay in St Andrews, great location 10 minutes walk from town, with lots of shops/restaurants, 20 minute walk to golf courses and beaches. Free easy parking. Comfy beds, great shower, and comfy sofa, with table in kitchen and living room. Easy access too. Martin and Nicole were great hosts, with clear instructions and helpful advice. Would recommend.

The house is an excellent place to stay. Location is quiet yet close to town. Clearly a loved and cared for property. But above all I was impressed with the quality of communication, flexibility around timing, and generosity of provided amenities. This was an excellent Airbnb experience. Grateful to Mark and Jill for hosting our family.

A lovely flat, nicely furnished , light and airy, and well supplied. It’s well placed and easy to find. The host supplied very clear instructions and lots of useful information. Highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lesley’s home. It was a perfect location and Lesley provided us with so much information before hand that it was very simple to get there and get in. The communication was spot on, any questions we did have Lesley was quick to reply with extra information. Next time we visit St Andrew’s we would love to stay here again! Recommend 1000%!

Loved it, did not want to leave. We were made welcome by Hazel and Don And even there neighbours And not forgetting wee Douglas, Hazel and Don’s Wee dog 🥰🥰🥰

The grounds and facilities at Panbride house were excellent. We stayed in the lodge which had a private hottub and an additional outside living space which was ideal for our trip away. Everything was well catered for, spotless and well kept (both inside and out) making the stay enjoyable for all, including our 2 dogs, who really loved exploring the large enclosed communal garden. The host Matt was very friendly, showed the right level of interaction and the welcome pack was very much appreciated and enjoyed. We would not hesitate to return.

We’ve recently returned from a 3 night stay at Pauline’s beautiful house in Monifieth. The property is stunning with everything you could possibly need. All the bedrooms were spacious and the open plan living/dining area was perfect. The garden and patio area was great, we spent hours sitting in the sunshine. The location was perfect for us too. Pauline was an exceptional host - friendly, proactive, helpful and made our stay absolutely perfect. We look forward to returning in the near future x

This was a lovely apartment, perfect for our family Xmas. Beds were extremely comfortable with generous bedding and furniture throughout. Bathrooms spacious and spotless. Kitchen very well equipped and great TV and wifi. Garry is a very generous, flexible and responsive host who has created wonderful home from home accommodation for his guests. We would highly recommend this place for families. Thank you Garry and happy 2025.

excellent property and location . easy parking and walkable access to golf club, we recommend a local restaurant The Rookery and Fish & Chip shop The Steeple. Great transport links with the railway nearby, roughly 2 hours into the heart of Edinburgh.

I stayed here for a short break. Stuart provided clear instructions how to find the property. I was within walking distance of local amenities, including what seemed to be some very nice restaurants and a beautiful beach. Ideal for a walk with my dog. Stuart also has a little dog who is impeccably well behaved and non casting. Other places I visited were Lunan Bay and Monikie Country Park. Both were ideal for a walk. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and was an ideal base for my break. Stuart was a lovely host who was on hand to answer any questions I had regarding places to visit, etc. I hope to return at some point. Thank you Stuart.

Awesome place we did enjoy the home and my kids named it White House. We miss Dundee and Scotland generally

We stayed here for many weeks, it was so nice we extended our stay. Jacqueline was a lovely, helpful and kind host. The property is stunning. Every morning we had breakfast looking out across the River Tay. It is a very short walk to the V and A and all the shops of the city centre. The bedrooms are comfortable and quiet and the location peaceful.

We had another lovely stay here. Flat was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Location is great and central for everything. We’ll definitely return again. Thanks for a great visit.

We only stayed one night - checked in late and left early between two busy (and wonderful) days of golf. But if you are staying in Carnoustie- this is a great place to stay. Property is immaculate and accommodations and beds were great. View is straight out over the green and to the sea within 1 minute walk to the Carnoustie clubhouse. Parking was easy in the back and access was easy (you are up 3 flights of stairs) - but the view overcomes that issue quickly! If I was coming back to Carnoustie I would definitely recommend staying in Gray’s property.

Ann was the perfect host, really communicative and friendly in all her messages. The accommodation was superb, fantastic open plan living space which was great for family all being together for New Year. Facilities and amenities in the flat were first rate, we’ve stayed in a few Air BnB properties in Broughty Ferry and Ann’s has been one of the top ones! Looking forward to future stays here. Thanks for making our stay to visit family in The Ferry so easy!
