Since then there has been numerous upgrades to the house as well as a large 1200 square foot open concept addition built onto the existing house. For allergenic reasons and safety of animals, we do not allow pets. May not be suitable for those with mobility issues (small hill & stairs). The bunkie has heat and A/C!
