Vacation rentals with beach access in Dunbar

Fantastic location for those that are golfing either at North Berwick or the many courses nearby. Lorraine was a really good host with clear communication, local recommendations and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed our three night stay. The flat had everything that we needed. Being on a quiet street,very close to the town centre and the shore it was a good base to go walking from. No complaints.

Great place with plenty of space, nice and clean. Amazing seaside views and round the corner from the high street. Would love to stay again!

Perfect flat to stay in St Andrews, great location 10 minutes walk from town, with lots of shops/restaurants, 20 minute walk to golf courses and beaches. Free easy parking. Comfy beds, great shower, and comfy sofa, with table in kitchen and living room. Easy access too. Martin and Nicole were great hosts, with clear instructions and helpful advice. Would recommend.

Apartment was great, views of the firth and it's bridges stunning. Short walk to the great pubs and restaurants.

My fourth visit and certainly not my last. Everything you could need and in a perfect location, with stunning views, coastal walks, beaches, excellent restaurants, local shops, weekly market all within walking distance.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lesley’s home. It was a perfect location and Lesley provided us with so much information before hand that it was very simple to get there and get in. The communication was spot on, any questions we did have Lesley was quick to reply with extra information. Next time we visit St Andrew’s we would love to stay here again! Recommend 1000%!

Fantastic location, underfloor heating lovely. Happy overall. It’s a shame the local pubs/inns didn’t provide food on a nightly basis. Lovely food when available. Hope and Anchor does good food at a cost!!!!! Sun Inn great and very welcoming.

One of our favourite properties we have ever stayed in from Air B and B. The lodge was very cosy with beautiful views particularly from the kitchen and sitting room, of the sea on one side and open fields on other. Great location also- just yards outside was the door was the choice of beautiful cliff walk or Coldingham Sands beach. Kitchen is also very well equipped, although due to the position of the lighting was a little dark when it trying to preparing food as you end blocking the light with your back. Bed and sofa very comfy! Only difficulty was that we struggled to work the shower in bedroom but we’re able to use the one over the bath in the main bathroom so wasn’t really a problem Would love to visit again and will be recommending to others!

A four day family break was enjoyed staying at The drift house in Amble. Our days were so easily filled with wildlife (we saw dolphins, seals, puffins and many other birds), beautiful beaches, Alnwick and Bambrugh castles. We ate out at la Famiglia twice and at the sea food shack in Amble and a pub in seahouses- all tasty and friendly. We returned ‘home’ to the Drift House’s clean, comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. So central to access beaches and restaurants and close to shops but felt quiet and private too. Thank you Ian and Lauren! Carol and the Duffy family.

Lynda was such a friendly and kind host. Marine cottage was lovely - exactly as described. Short walk to the Harbour, town, restaurants. Easy drive to Alnwick castle, lindisfarne and miles of gorgeous coastline. Wonderful to then come back to such a gorgeous, cosy cottage with everything we needed. The little touches- loads of towels, detailed instructions, hand wash by sinks etc made it a really relaxing stay. Would definitely recommend!

Unfortunately, we were only in Maureen's house for two days. Everything was lovingly decorated, the view was of course phenomenal and we immediately felt at home. It's a pity that we never had such a short time to enjoy this great place to stay.

A really lovely stay in Beadnell, the location was just perfect, a stones throw from Beadnell Bay beach. 5 minutes by car to Seahouses and just over 10 minutes to Bamburgh Castle. We also went to Holy Island, which was 25 minutes away. The property was as described although the listing says shower gel etc is provided, it isn't, only handwash at the basins. Towels weren't as 'fluffy' as you'd like after a day at the beach but these are just small things. The hot tub was a brilliant perk and the reason we opted for Claires place over others on the same development. Claire was super friendly and responsive and we would stay again in a heart beat.

We had the pleasure of staying at Alison’s for Christmas. A lovely cozy place to spend the holiday looking at the sea. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking roast dinner. Alison made us feel at home by putting out Christmas decorations and a Christmas card! She was very communicative sending instructions and Hive heating schedule in advance. Already looking forward to staying again.

Another stunning few days at Ed and Sarah’s place. This is the second time we’ve stayed and it didn’t disappoint - it is the most special and beautiful location and the cottage is just so welcoming and easy to be in. Managed some long walks both ways along the coast, in and out of the weather - the views always amaze. The cottage is clean and tidy and peaceful and calm. Everything you’d want for a coastal getaway. Highly highly recommend - thank you again, Ed and Sarah.

Surf splash has an excellent location right on the beach front. We enjoyed watching the tidal changes right from the sitting room and main bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped, the house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable. Also worth mentioning that the train station is only a few minutes walk from the house and there is a good rail connection to Edinburgh. We had an amazing week away!

As a Fifer, it’s always nice to come back and stay. Craigs place was easy to find, spacious and spotlessly clean, and Burntisland is a lovely town. I would certainly stay at Craigs again.

Lovely well kept cottage in a lovely little town. The decor is subtle and charming. The house is equipped with everything, lovely hot shower, good central heating and plenty of sunlight. The bedding is great quality cotton.The whole house is very clean.

Great comms from the host. Its worth noting that the property has many stairs, should that pose an issue for your booking. That being said, the property and the surroundings were superb We will return next year

Fantastic stay here in a property that is a credit to the owners. Spotless clean, comfortable and peaceful with a quiet night’s sleep. We dropped on at a time of sunny warm weather so Broughty Ferry and the beach were very busy so parking was understandably at a premium. We parked a few streets away but were able to move the car to near the house in the evening. Would definitely book again next time we’re up visiting family.

Fantastic dwelling, great location and excellent hosts. We will definitely look to return to Edinburgh in the future and seek this residence as well as highly recommending it to our friends and family. Our hosts Mark and Dayna were wonderful especially with their wonderful gesture of allowing us to stay an extra night, free of charge, due to The Hogmanay Festival being cancelled. Thank you again. Nevertheless a wonderful visit to Edinburgh underpinned by an excellent apartment and generous hosts.

Excellent apartment, central, very comfortable with good amenities. Peter is a brilliant host, meticulous instructions for access and managing the apartment. Really enjoyed our stay. Hope to return.
