It has old character, unique charm, and is close to old mining town, Julian. Kitchen has fridge, hot plate, grill, microwave, coffee maker- coffee tea provided. Locally we have a gas/convince/liquor store. Rancho San Diego is a 10 minute drive with Target, Grocery, Starbucks and many restaurants. We have hot water and WIFI.

The apartment is on the second floor of my house, totally independent of the first floor and is located in Magisterial Otay Tijuana 5 minutes from the Otay border crossing, approximately 15 minutes from the airport, very close to the American Consulate. Ideal if you're leaving Tijuana airport or waiting for family members. It has air conditioning and heating. I will open the door with a code for the comfort of your arrival.
