We chose this apartment because we wanted to be close to Carpi. Soliera is a very quiet place, Alain's house is in front of the park, with a bar, free parking and ample parking under the trees of the park. In addition, the terrace, which at night (during the day it was very hot) is really a great place to share a glass of wine.

The apartment perfectly reflects what is described in the listing. Living room, bedroom and bathroom are all nice and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Quiet and peaceful residential area, parking space available right outside the door. Great communication with Andi. Definitely to be recommended.
