Beachfront vacation rentals in Dubrovnik

This apartment is set in a beautiful location overlooking the water and old town. Also only around 10/15 minutes walk to the old town itself so perfectly situated. It was clean, had all the amenities you would need and the host Ivica was very responsive with any questions. Would definitely recommend staying here for your next trip to Dubrovnik!

Wir waren zu viert mit kleinem Hund für 1 Woche im April hier. Das Wetter war prima, die Wohnung für uns perfekt. Man kann zu Fuß in die Altstadt laufen. Es war schwierig, einen kostenlosen Parkplatz zu finden. Im Sommer bestimmt unmöglich. Parkplätze kosten schon im April 80 Euro am Tag oder 400 Euro die Woche. Die Stadt war gut voll, aber nicht überfüllt. Man hat immer gemerkt, wenn ein Kreuzfahrtschiff da war. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier und können die Wohnung empfehlen. Vielen lieben Dank Goran!

My daughter and I had an amazing time in Dubrovnik staying at Irena's Happy Home. Everything from arrival to check out was great. Irena arranged for us to be collected from the airport and very kindly let us have an early check in. Irena knows Dubrovnik very well and is passionate about her guests having a great time. We were celebrating my daughters 21st birthday and Irena gave us some fantastic recommendations. Happy Home is in a great location within easy walking distance of the Old Town and the beautiful local beach where the water is crystal clear! Inside the apartment is so clean and well decorated. It is very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We particularly loved the outside space and enjoyed looking for the little turtles in the garden! I would definitely recommend staying here if you are lucky enough to be visiting Dubrovnik! Thank you Irena, you are a fantastic host and we enjoyed our time at Happy Home. We can't wait to return!

Our group of six had a great stay at Sandra’s home. There was plenty of space for everyone and we loved the beautiful views from every room in the home. It was also very easy to get to the Old City and to lots of restaurants from the home.

Luko est d’une extrême gentillesse. Il a gérer pour nous le transfert de l’aéroport à l’appartement. Il est disponible et très réactif. L’appartement est encore plus joli que sur les photos avec une belle hauteur sous plafond et une vue incroyable sur la vieille ville de Dubrovnik. La grande première terrasse est un réel plus si vous voulez profitez du soleil. La seconde pour un petit déjeuner face à la baie. Literie confortable et une belle salle de bains avec une grande douche. Supérette et boulangerie à quelques pas de l’appartement. La plage est en contrebas mais je préfère la « plaza Beach ». Le vieux Dubrovnik est à quelques centaines de mètres. Vous avez également un arrêt de bus proche du téléphérique qui vous emmènera à Cavtat pour 8€. Un retour en bateau est une excellente alternative. N’hésitez pas à vous rendre sur Lapad et Gruz : quartier moins cher que la vieille ville avec de belles plages et chemins côtiers. Et bien entendu, visitez les îles.

구시가지 근처이면서도 차로 바로 접근이 가능해 최고였습니다. 슈퍼도 식당도 가깝고, 2층이지만 계단이 넓어 큰짐 이동에 어렵지 않습니다. 토니가 친절하고 소통이 신속하여 정말 좋았습니다. 체크아웃도 배려해주어 조금 늦게할 수 있어 일정 조율에 좋았습니다. 정말 감사합니다!

Fantastic place!! Zeljko was very kind and helpful. He grew up in this apartment so you can tell he cares about it! The location was perfect. We didn't have to worry about bringing a car too close to the old town but it was still easy to walk to from the apartment. Parking was also easy because Zeljko saved a space for us.

My friends and I had an amazing 4 night stay at Miho's. This Airbnb is simply amazing, the views are just spectacular of the Old Town and Lokrum island and you can enjoy them from relaxing on a private terrace or from the swimming pool area. We just couldn't stop looking and enjoying the view. The Airbnb is super well equipped with all the amenities you need, is extremely clean and even has additional toiletries should you forget anything (which we did!) and a stocked fridge on arrival which was a lovely touch and very appreciated. The pool area is fantastic and a lovely place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Miho, our host, was super friendly, helpful, quick to respond to questions and took time to show us around the Airbnb so we knew where everything was and how it worked. I would highly recommend this Airbnb, don't hesitate if you are considering it! We hope to be back!

We had a wonderful stay from start to finish. We arrived a bit early and we were able to leave our luggage and got access earlier than expected. The house was absolutely spotless and very well appointed. The kitchen was well equipped and had every appliance we needed for cooking. The bedrooms and bathrooms were well designed and luxurious. The open plan kitchen living and dining areas were spacious and very comfortable. The pool and garden grounds were well looked after. The accommodation was faultless all round and we would recommend this highly to others and would love to visit again. The location is perfect in a lovely quiet bay but also easy to get into Dubrovnik. Our hosts were caring and considerate and provided a lot of advice for trips and things to do.

Loved the location. Very easy to get into old city. Amazing view from our balcony. Good outdoor space, all spotlessly clean with nice pool. Kristina was responsive to online contact, but a joy to meet. So open, chilled and friendly. Absolutely recommend her place.

Wir waren im Oktober da. Alle Fragen, die vorher aufkamen wurden schnell beantwortet. Auch während der Anreise standen wir Kontakt, sodass wir das Haus auch im Dunkeln gut gefunden haben. Matjes Vater hatte auf uns gewartet. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und toll erklärt. Der Pool ist nicht geheizt, aber die Hälfte unserer Gruppe waren dennoch schwimmen. Aber das Meer war wärmer und da waren alle drin. Das Haus liegt an einer Straße. Man hört die Autos schon in der Nacht. Aber am Pool ist es total chillig und ruhig und sehr privat. Alles ist voller Oliven-Bäume. Es gibt auch Mandarinen und Granatapfel. Richtig toll. Auch ein Grill ist am Pool, den wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Vom Haus kann man zu Fuß zum Meer und in verschiedene Restaurants laufen. In ca. 45 Minuten auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite. Auch hier kann man gut essen (und frühstücken). Matej hat über einen Kumpel eine private Speed-Boat-Tour organisiert. Das war mega! In Dubrovnik nutzen wir den Parkplatz! 25min Weg. Super

Een erg fijn verblijf gehad. Een super leuke fijne ruimte, mooie tuin en zwembad om lekker te relaxen. Bij het zwembad ook de mogelijkheid om heerlijke koffie te zetten. Het is rustig en privé. De locatie is ook prettig omdat je makkelijk naar het oude centrum kan lopen en of andere leuke plekken kan bereiken op de voet. Ik zal het zeker aanraden en kijk er naar uit om een x terug te komen😁.

This place is beautiful! The communication with Emily was good, the pool is very nice and the kitchen was well equipped. Emily also provided us with snacks and drinks. We only stayed 2 nights but we'd definitely like to stay longer next time we come here :)

We booked this villa for six guys who were going on a stag in Dubrovnik. I would highly recommend booking this villa if you are looking to explore Dubrovnik. The host, Vesna, and her husband, Vlaho, were very welcoming when we arrived with refreshments and showing us around their villa. Vesna was very helpful with information about getting to Dubrovnik, their favourite restaurants and memorable experiences. Vesna arranged transport from the airport to the villa as well as contacting a pizzeria for us when we were unable to communicate with the pizzeria over the phone. The villa is mesmerising and the surrounding views are a sight to behold. There is a nearby, rocky beach less than 5 minute walk away. The villa is only 13-15 minutes via Uber, which is reasonably priced, to Dubrovnik. I would like to thank Vesna,and Vlaho, for letting us stay at their beautiful villa; as well as all of their help over the weekend we stayed.

Stayed with our family group and had a wonderful week in this fantastic villa. All rooms clean, well maintained and all en-suite. Kitchen is well equipped and a great heated pool and outdoor space. Location is perfect for both the old city of Dubrovnik and the harbour at Lapad, nowhere’s far but be warned it is a hilly place! Large Konzum supermarket is only ten minutes walk too. Great and responsive communication with the host, airport transfers all efficient and very friendly. Highly recommended with so much to see and do.

Wat hebben we een fijne week gehad. Prima appartement en vooral genoten van het heerlijk grote terras met een prachtig uitzicht. Lopud is een heerlijk eiland voor een week. Dank voor de gastvrijheid

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, beautiful, comfortable and in a great location, not to mention the magnificent view. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, and the Old Town and most tourist attractions are within a 10-minute walk. The hosts are very kind and attentive. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Dubrovnik.

Petra est une hote exceptionnelle, accueillante, souriante, proposant le transport depuis l aéroport, et même nous faisant un petit cadeau de départ. Je réserve beaucoup et là je peux vous dire que c'est la 1ère fois que je tombe sur quelqu'un d aussi incroyable. Allez y les yeux fermés, c'est du bonheur.

Wir waren mit unseren drei Kindern in den Herbstferien dort und wir waren alle sehr begeistert von dem Ausblick von der Terrasse und von der Möglichkeit im Meer zu schwimmen und das SUP und die Kanus zu nutzen. Es gibt auch Taucherbrillen und Schnorchel und sogar Wasserschuhe. Das Wasser ist kristallklar und man kann viele Fischen sehen. Marijana, die mit uns den Check in gemacht hat, war sehr sympathisch und hat all unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell beantwortet. Zur Begrüßung erwarteten uns frisches Obst, Kaffeebohnen und Milch für den ersten Kaffee (es gibt eine super Kaffeemaschine!) und Wasser. Das Klima war im Oktober super angenehm. Schöne Ausflüge kann man zum Beispiel nach Dubrovnik, Slano oder Ston unternehmen. Da es uns aber am Haus so gut gefallen hat, habe wir viel Zeit dort verbracht. Es war eine tolle Ferienwoche und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Foi uma estadia perfeita. Robert é um excelente anfitrião. O apartamento em si é adorável, acolhedor, muito bem equipado, limpo e tem uma óptima vista. A localização é perfeita. Fica perto de tudo, mas ao mesmo tempo oferece privacidade e paz. O apartamento tem tudo o que é necessário e tudo está em boas condições. A internet é impecável. Tive pena de ter estado aqui tão pouco tempo.

We - a family of 4 with older teens- had a such a lovely time at Villa Neba. The location is excellent, right on the beach, it was incredible! Two restaurants right on the doorstep, Pizzeria Arka was great for food and drink (we would not recommend Konoba Gusar for food, only drinks). The Villa is very well equipped, and we saw, ideal for younger families than ours, yet our older teenagers also found this place to be ideal. We're glad we chose to stay outside of the city. The rooms are all exactly as pictured amd described. Runners can do a 5km run along the water front, which you access by going up to the main road, then down to the waters edge by another great restaurant- Orsan. We hired a car, and the parking up on the road means there are 57 steps down to the beachfront where you access the property, so just prepare for that, but it's no bother to deal with if you're aware. Great thing to do is to sit up on the roof terrace at night and look at the stars. Lovely place!

Marija’s place was perfect, the view out over the bay was stunning! The large terrace was great for relaxing. The location was ideal, with stairs leading to the sea just outside the apartment. Restaurants & bars within walking distance. Bus routes are all close by. Marija’s son offers an airport pick up and drop off which is very helpful. Highly recommend this property for a very relaxing holiday.
