Luxury Apartment With Balcony (A1)

BernardRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Great location and view as noted in previous comments. the place was perfect for 4 nights and would even recommend spending a week in if you can. Was on the balcony every morning and evening looking at the old town and the endless sea.... Jasmin was great too and answered my questions easily but didn't have any issues so didn't needed to speak with him. It is alot of steps to get to this place but can easily be avoided by taking an uber/cab. but then Dubrovnik itself is alot of steps...

Apartment Luka

AnntheaRating, 5 stars5 days ago
What a place! We loved every minute of our stay! The best airbnb I’ve ever stayed in! The views, the pool, the ease to get to everything and most importantly Niko! We cannot put into words just how welcoming Niko was from the moment we called to say we had landed to our final goodbyes! The bliss of the pool at the end of busy days exploring was perfect and the bed was the most comfortable I’ve had at an airbnb! (Tips we wish we had known for Croatia bring sea shoes if you have them, bring snorkels if you have them, a lilo would have been dreamy on the pool too! Port 22 was our favourite meal! Book the panorama restaurant months in advance we couldn’t get in but everyone said it was great!) We did 3 boat tours and all were amazing! One of our top holidays! Thank you for giving us the best base!

Gina's Vista Haven with Jacuzzi.

FayeRating, 5 stars6 days ago
Wow! What an amazing stay we have had! Hosts were always available with queries, supplied lots of information and tips in relation to Dubrovnik and left maps/guidebook also. Attention to detail was incredible and absolutely everything was thought of - board games, books, coffee machine with pods and little milks. The apartment was spotless, so clean, the views are out of this world - loads of room on the terrace to sunbathe, sit in the shade and then have a dip in the hot tub with the views. Air conditioning was great after a day strolling around the Old Town - the bus was at the top of the hill which takes you into Old Town Dubrovnik within 10/15 minutes. The hosts even sent us the timetable of the bus schedule - absolutely everything was thought out. Thank you for an amazing stay!!!

Apt Royal-Villa Boban w sea view, balcony & pool

PeterRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Fortunate to have 11 nights in the Royal apartment. Suzana looked after us as Jadranka was away. Both though were responsive when needed assistance. As described in the listing with wonderful views across Lapad bay. There are 4 apartments in the complex along with the Hosts accommodation. Romantic apartment is at the top same level as pool area. Next down was the Royal, Harmony a few steps further down and Marine the lowest. All very private and didn’t hear any unnecessary noise from other guests. 61 steep steps from street to apartment door and the shower is in the hydro bath so a bit of a high step there. My wife was a bit hesitant as she has had a hip replacement couple of years ago but found a routine! Using the elevators at nearby More and Kompas hotels to get back from the promenade was a good handy hint! Amenities were good. Some instructions would be helpful especially using the appliances. Info on recycling would be useful too. It was very comfortable and we would recommend i

One-of-a-kind getaway w/ garden and heated pool

MilenaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
What an incredible place to stay, we arrived and was greeted by the lovely Diana. She immediately made us feel at home, walking us round the estate showing us all of the amenities. We stayed in the guest house with it's own private balcony shaded by a veranda covered in beautiful Wisteria. The guest house itself is lovely, well presented and incredibly clean on arrival with plenty of hot water and an extremely comfy bed, with lovely white soft bed sheets. The grounds to the main Villa are gorgeous with orange trees and well maintained all round. The pool is immaculate with warm water, seating areas and kitchen with fresh ground coffee available free for guests which is a lovely touch.Overall we recommend this place to anyone wanting to visit Dubrovnik. It is a short 10 min walk to the old city and there is a very nice restaurant nearby (Fratellos) that does amazing cocktails. Best start of the summer and we will definitely be back!

Sunny Tower Sea & Old Town View, Brand New Studio

KellyRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
My partner and I loved this place. The most stunning view of the old town and Lokrum Island, with only 10 minutes walking. The room had everything you needed and extra points for washing machine. Despite my partner having an incident, Dominic went out of his way for it and helped us with every little thing. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. We would definitely stay here again.

Old Town apartment, large terrace

EllieRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Amazing stay at Toni’s place. Very friendly and responsive host and his mother in law was so lovely who showed us in. The place is in the perfect spot right in the old town. The garden area was beautiful and although people were walking the city walls it was amazing that the walls were so close. We even had our morning coffee with the cats and tortoises! Would highly recommend if you are after a place right in the old town with some beautiful outside space.

Inside the City Walls New Balcony Apt

MadysynRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Mirna and Marko’s place made me feel right at home. Located in an amazing location with all the amenities I needed. They even offered some local sweet candy! The beds were comfy and the space was just enough to be comfortable for three people. They left very clear instructions and their neighbors were very kind to offer help, as well. The balcony and local guide books were the cherries on top. :) ! Oh, and they offered early check-in and the ability to leave our luggage at the Airbnb after check out until our flight. I definitely recommend.

Apartment Ella Deluxe | Stunning Sea View

KarenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We enjoyed the home, location, and hospitality immensely. After a long day exploring, there was a quiet place with gorgeous views to return to. Miro, mgmt co, helped us getting to property with rental car, finding parking, and explained the unit. There was some very nice food and drink upon our arrival which was sincerely appreciated. The owner lives next door and dropped by to introduce herself and share some local goodies. Thoughtful! The unit is clean and tidy, thoughtfully laid out, spacious, conveniently located to everything, finishings are of nice quality, and has a fabulous view from the beautiful deck. Highly recommend. One of the best we’ve stayed at.

Artistic apartment overlooking the Old City

CelesteRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Dubrovnik is beautiful and so is Luko’s place. The view from the balcony is the highlight. The house is spacious and clean. I especially like the decor it has personal touches, from the wall paintings to the vintage cameras. There is a cafe & supermarket nearby. Although it’s quite a walk to and from the old town but we didn’t mind as we enjoyed our morning and afternoon walks looking at houses & the neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Michael gave us a tour of the apartment and pool area and helped with anything we needed. Ivona was very responsive and helped us arrange our return transfers. We loved all of the little special touches in the apartment, felt like home away home. This apartment and the hosts exceeded our expectations. Location is perfect! Thank you!

Apartment A Cappella

Fabulous stay right in the heart of Old Town. Zrinka was a responsive host who was very flexible and helpful, making check-in easy despite our late arrival. The apartment is spacious, clean, and kitted out very well - I enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, and it was helpful having access to a washing machine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Old Town.

The Eagle's nest - studio with view

SiripunRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I forwarn you not to come to this place. Because in the end, you'll never want to leave. It is absolutely hard for me to check out as I cannot get my eyes off of this gorgeous view. When you can see the whole old town with the turquoise sea from your room, will you be able to move on with your life? Besides, I love when I walk closer to the old town in the morning and even more in the evening when the sun is setting and the golden light leaks through the trees on the way back to my room. There is nowhere on earth second to this place. I am so blessed that it was still available for the period of my visit in Dubrovnik. Bonus, the host is the best of air bnb host I've ever met!

Morning View Apartment - Sea View & Free Parking

LucaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The Morning View Apartment delivers exactly what you see in the pictures. You’ll have plenty of space, and everything is tastefully and simply designed. Each room is equipped with its own air conditioning, which makes your stay even more comfortable. The absolute highlight of the Airbnb is, without a doubt, the breathtaking view from the balcony. Whether it’s day or night—or during a sunset—you’re treated to an unforgettable panorama. The hosts, Perica and his wife, are incredibly kind and helpful. He’s easy to reach and always ready to assist with questions or recommendations for Dubrovnik. All in all, we would recommend this Airbnb to anyone. It’s just a short 10-minute walk downhill to Dubrovnik’s Old Town. For my wife and me, this Airbnb was a 10 out of 10.

Gorgeous View! At the Doorstep of the Old Town

MikkoRating, 5 stars3 days ago
Nice apartment in a good location! Everything worked as promised by the host. The location is close to Old Town of Dubrovnik, so be ready to walk a lot of stairs as the apartment is in a hill side. Also, in general, be ready for stairs in Dubrovnik – they require a some basic fitness, especially, in a hot weather. Best part of the apartment is the balcony with an amazing view to the Old Town and the sea. We loved the late evenings there with candles and some wine. The apartment is quite small for 2 people having a longer stay, and some planning with suitcases, drying towels, etc. was needed.
